This trailer is very similar to JTM. If you watch the teaser trailer for Jason Takes Manhattan, you can see that New Line used the same idea to scare viewers. Soft music playing while they look at the water and they let the camera slowly zoom up and they turn around and it's revealed to be jason and leatherface.

This trailer is a complete rip-off to the "Jason Takes Manhattan" trailer with him looking at the city's skyline and then whipping his head around at the camera, revealing that it's Jason. TCM Part 2 came out in 1986. TCM Part 3: Leatherface came out in 1990. The remake Part 1 came out in 2003(which sucked). Part 2 remake came out in 2006 which flopped but was very good and grindhouse gritty.

When I say remakes I mean the 2003 film and its prequel. 'Leatherface III' was a sequel not a remake. The Next Gen was a remake I think but it was shite. The 2003 remake is the one I'm talking about, which I thought was better than the original (even thought I saw the original first).

I had not even heard of TCM until the remake (I think, I can't remember). I think the remake got alot of people interested in TCM.

Never been a fan of Nightmare On Elm Street...I did like Freddie VS Jason.
