But, if you get caught....just stop and man up. Don't risk the pursuit and place you, the cops and bystanders in danger. I commend this guy for stopping. Hopefully he was let go or at least had the speed knocked down because he did the right thing. I used to let this kind of thing slide with a warning if they stop.
