  • thanks Buffie...how it the push up challenge coming? I'm still aiming at 75 in three sets. Yesterday I did 69 in rotation with my upper body workout. That is amazing and quite inspiring for me...who have suffered a weak upper body and struggled with around 40-50. I did make some changes in my routines, eliminated junky machines, added pull ups...yes! It's coming along. If it wasn't for watching your vids...

  • OOO you are a life saver because I need some workouts to lift my breast. I just had a baby and I breast fed and typically after that is finished most womens' breast sag so yes this is great for me. Thanks again buffie, you're the best

  • @stillstanding84 i experienced that too thats b/c ur loosing fat u should take A LOT of protein so u can gain muscles with these excersises!

  • I've done these. But I do them slightly different.

    Mine I hold one arm at 90 degrees, counter it with the other arm, hold for 8 seconds them switch. But I have one arm down (like in a bicep curl) while the other presses on it. I thought this was mainly for biceps and triceps. I didn't know it could work chest. Hmmm.

    Isometrics FTW!!!
