Why do people call this 3d projection or mapping??? I think it is a projection of a 3d animation on a building!! ... 3D projection is something else!!

@Omigaprime well I dont think so, you gotta watch it live but its not just a 3d animation on a building, its taking a building as canvas to create something amazing.. you really can see the building moving, falling, dancing!! just infront of your eyes!! :D

How does one remove the window framing with a light projection?

@dw807 I believe it's done virtually with a very basic 3d replica of the building which then gets "mapped" or projected back onto the original building.
