DO you get odd Scan lines going from top to bottom?.... i find i do on both S-video and Component..

Also.. with a PS1 pad every thing works fine but the TRIANGLE button doesnt work..

Is this all normal or is it beacuse i installed it badly..

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can help me a bit. Sorry to bother you with this everyone but I have a problem:

I have a PSP I got in the UK. I live in Belgium and I can play PSP games/UMD on it. I recently got a Component video cable to display my PSP to my TV(5 cables). That seems to not work.

I can hear the sound but no image comes on my screen. I read in the PSP manuel that a TV that can't read NTSC won't display images. Is there anything I can do besides buy a new TV or PSP with PAL ? Help !

I had the same problem: u need a LCD TV... same thing happens with Swap Magic for the PS2 ( when u play NTSC games on a PAL TV the image goes black and white)

I have a flat screen Tv and I can connect the 5 cables in it but it still won't work. Besides I don't get black and white, it's just black. It's like it does work but I only get black screen, as if it's normal to be. My dad says it's because our TV doesn't get the right signal of the PSP.

go to the psp settings look for display settings click it and it will say switch to video output click that and there you go and the psp has to be connected first to the tv

you could just go to any electronic store and buy a special PSP Av cable (cost about $7.00 to 12.00) that conects to the earphone jack then contect it to the back put put the tv on the corect Av channel then go on and play. And you wont even notice it.
