Well there a long rope attached between the rocket and the target. Its guided in the sense the user can aim the rocket in the direction of the target. Direction is changed by leaning left and right.

It was a level I made. The crowd that sits on the top of the track was from a story level. Also the stickers used in this level: "Crazy", "Danke", "U", "R", were story gifts. They weren't stuff I captured with the Playstation eye.
