So many terminally ill people are placed on "Hospice" in their last days. It is NOT a death panel as one commenter alluded to!! It's a wonderful agency/benefit for both the patient & family.

So many terminally ill people are placed on "Hospice" in their last days. It is NOT a death panel as one commenter alluded to!! Hospice provides every aspect of the patients care in their last months/days, while at the same time doing their best to keep the patient 'comfortable' & as "free from pain & suffering" as possible!!They also provide support for the family to cope throughout the ordeal. It's a wonderful agency/benefit for both the patient & family.

You want a death Panel. Let's say you need a very expensive life saving operation, and months of hospitalization, and rehabilitation, then all the medicines for life. Would your insurance cover all that? or would the HMO's board of directors try there best to deny you treatment, save money, and pay themselves huge bonuses. Have you sneezed in the last year? Yes. There is no difference in BHO health care plan which pays doctors to get rid of the old and sick to save money by badgering them to choose hospice care or assisted suicide and the T4 program that paid doctors to fill out each questionnaire on their patients they reviewed. Doctors in Germany could earn up to $70 in 1940 US dollars for this patriotic duty.

Healthcare in the USA costs 16% of GDP, in most other western countries it ranges between 8-12%. America has the lowest life expectancy in the western world. In the US 36% of every dollar spent on healthcare is spent on admin, advertising and profit, in the UK only 10% goes to non-healthcare related activities such as admin. Is the private sector really the most efficient when it comes to treating the sick?
