Just want to offer a little note...your chest rolls in the vid are good, but you keep your knees tight when it comes off your shoulder, on to your chest, making you lean far back, breaking your flow...don't get me wrong, you compensate and have a really solid chest roll, but it helps if u sink at the knees (for that shoulder/chest transfer)rather than rely on the back-bend it takes to get you under it. Sorry, hate to be an armchair roller, just a tip that helped me in my juggling.Great stuff.
