  • @TanyahLee

I agree with you! That program at the site

    AmazingAbs.info

as helped me lose 40lbs and gain great abs

in the last 4months! I highly recommend this

program to everyone who wants to have a firm

shape like mine.. This is a no joke,

  • wow, that's pretty intense. Awesome thanks!

  • wow this is seriously amazing!

  • dat ziet er relext uit .probeer t maar s!!!!

  • you have a beautiful practice. thanks for sharing this video:)

  • I seriously doubt heavy people can do this without spraining something. Best to go to a Yoga studio and do it under a professional instructing you.

  • the video says abs and arms but it looks like the legs too i cant wait to try this

  • Nice abs sequence in the flow

  • Hey are we suppose to do this every day?

  • Can men do this too :0 ..???

  • @dfveiga9 I did it so yea!

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

  • 0.0... ummm lol how much arm strength and flexibility do you need because i can only lift 36.7 pounds... and i cant do any splits >_<

  • i love yoga.....

  • im a 280lb power lifter and i wanted to cry when i saw this

  • :O

  • uhhm i guess its not recommended to try this as a beginner?

  • ;Ohh im guessing you have to be able to do the splits to do this ? haha Damn

  • i want your figure, especially your legs :)

  • you do it so perfect and calmly..but when i do it it looks like im having a seizure !

  • Love the Christmas lights!

  • do you have more vids on strength yoga?

  • I use this routine in my classes, tweaked a little to make it my own version. It works BIG time. I'v had such compliments on my arms, and I say its from this routine! Sexy arms, shoulders and abs! Summer....

  • Hi Tara, I love your tutorials. I am trying to follow here but I have a real problem bringing my leg forward from downward dog pose into the lunge. I literaly have to grab my ankle and pull it through which distracts me from trying to keep up with the video. Any hints please. many thanks.

  • I fell down! :)) I'm fine thanks to universe! :))

  • @MissKittenish your funny :)

  • i dont know if you even read these comments, but thank you. yoga is my release and really helps, and you've done all this for free, so thank you :) :]

  • this is really calming. could you make some videos that help reduce stress? for example for high schoolers who stress way to often?

  • @caprisuntogo

I think every video go this way! Try yoga in the morning and just after school and you will feel a difference in your life!

  • @caprisuntogo my favourite stress free exercises include running wild in the city with an M16 , also trying out hockey sticks on kindergarten kids.. one of my favourite, throwing bottles of alcohol in flames in passing by subways... I've also tried playing an air raid siren in an old veterans home.. there's a lot in life you can do

    hope this helped ; )

  • oh my freaking gawd! ur legs never end! lucky!

  • Brown BANANAS make great smoothies!!! You can make them with superfoods:

kale, spinach, spirulina, macha, pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, acai, pomegranate, ground flax seed, pumpkin seed, cranberries, hemp seed, barley, figs, dates, prunes

sprouting seeds night before increases phytonutrients

slow release of sugar into bloodstrem due to fibre

    antioxidants help recovery from sports

great to make one a day and take it with you chockablock with dense nutrients

  • Hi tara,

great vid. but do you have any exercises or poses to get thinner thighs and lower legs(especially lower legs) ??

  • You're BEAUTIFUL!

  • Hey Tara! Just want to send a huge thanks to yah! I've been following these strength building routines for the past month. It's strange when I actually added on a little weight but the body feels much lighter (guess it's the muscle weight, or I hope so!) Anywho, thanks again and can't wait getting into those handstands!

  • i just want to thank you so much for making all these videos, not only are they super helpful because before i started watching i new nothing abou yoga and how to do it. but also you are very inspiring and you are very beautiful. so thank you so much.

  • Hi Tara, i really love to do the yoga pose at 0.54, but i would like to ask if this is a weight loss steps for arms and abs? is it alright to just do this pose for weigt loss?

and i could not do the step at 2.08, as my arms are not strong enough. how should i be able to achieve that? thank you.

  • Thanks for all these great videos

  • Unique and very interesting flow practice. I like to include more arm mudras to keep the energy balanced in my upper body, however!! Thanks for sharing your creativity Tara!!!

    :)

  • hey tara! first i want to say that i just love your videos and i look up to you and i cant wait to get your book!

    i have some questions:

why is it important to breath all the time? like since i was young-im 15 now- all my health teachers said to keep breathing while exercising but i dont know why.

also why can't your knee go past your toes? like in the worrier poses, lunges and such. thats another thing i've been told but not explained.

    thank you so much!!

  • Thanks Tara for all your passion in producing these great yoga vids!!

@THELBG7 for your foot trouble read Born To Run by Chris McDougall and read the following link from NY Magazine "you Walk Wrong". You're welcome...

  • I work as a yoga teacher in Lithuania. Thank you so much for these strength yoga videos! They helped me so much during my practices after my holidays :)

  • it looks like you add some slow motion effect in the video. So harmonious!

  • @scentamanta not slow motion :)

  • great. looks so easy when you do it. :)

  • Hey Tara. I'm a runner who has had a lot of foot problems lately and I was wondering if you had any tips for something like that. Anyway, keep up the good work.

  • @TheLBG7 i have a video called run yoga run. check that out. also i'll try to make a vid esp for your foot stuff. thanks.

  • Well, she has very strong toes.

  • great video

  • Dont you have an issue with the blood rushing to you're head with it being below you're hips for so long.

  • you get used to it. it's good for ya! try it out, but go slow. we have a girl with vertigo that comes to the studio. when she starts to feel funny about upside down she sits up on her heels for a few moments and comes back into it when she feels ok. so stay with your breath and have fun!
