I use this routine in my classes, tweaked a little to make it my own version. It works BIG time. I'v had such compliments on my arms, and I say its from this routine! Sexy arms, shoulders and abs! Summer....
Hi Tara, I love your tutorials. I am trying to follow here but I have a real problem bringing my leg forward from downward dog pose into the lunge. I literaly have to grab my ankle and pull it through which distracts me from trying to keep up with the video. Any hints please. many thanks.
i dont know if you even read these comments, but thank you. yoga is my release and really helps, and you've done all this for free, so thank you :) :]
@caprisuntogo my favourite stress free exercises include running wild in the city with an M16 , also trying out hockey sticks on kindergarten kids.. one of my favourite, throwing bottles of alcohol in flames in passing by subways... I've also tried playing an air raid siren in an old veterans home.. there's a lot in life you can do
Hey Tara! Just want to send a huge thanks to yah! I've been following these strength building routines for the past month. It's strange when I actually added on a little weight but the body feels much lighter (guess it's the muscle weight, or I hope so!) Anywho, thanks again and can't wait getting into those handstands!
i just want to thank you so much for making all these videos, not only are they super helpful because before i started watching i new nothing abou yoga and how to do it. but also you are very inspiring and you are very beautiful. so thank you so much.
Hi Tara, i really love to do the yoga pose at 0.54, but i would like to ask if this is a weight loss steps for arms and abs? is it alright to just do this pose for weigt loss?
and i could not do the step at 2.08, as my arms are not strong enough. how should i be able to achieve that? thank you.
Unique and very interesting flow practice. I like to include more arm mudras to keep the energy balanced in my upper body, however!! Thanks for sharing your creativity Tara!!!
hey tara! first i want to say that i just love your videos and i look up to you and i cant wait to get your book!
i have some questions:
why is it important to breath all the time? like since i was young-im 15 now- all my health teachers said to keep breathing while exercising but i dont know why.
also why can't your knee go past your toes? like in the worrier poses, lunges and such. thats another thing i've been told but not explained.
I work as a yoga teacher in Lithuania. Thank you so much for these strength yoga videos! They helped me so much during my practices after my holidays :)
Hey Tara. I'm a runner who has had a lot of foot problems lately and I was wondering if you had any tips for something like that. Anyway, keep up the good work.
you get used to it. it's good for ya! try it out, but go slow. we have a girl with vertigo that comes to the studio. when she starts to feel funny about upside down she sits up on her heels for a few moments and comes back into it when she feels ok. so stay with your breath and have fun!
Omg, I've never tried that on my forearms. Geh.

I seriously doubt heavy people can do this without spraining something. Best to go to a Yoga studio and do it under a professional instructing you.

1) Hold your breath.
2) Copy all of these steps.
3) Go to two other video.
4) Paste it in the comments.
If you can do all of this without breathing you're a good pot smoker

Brown BANANAS make great smoothies!!! You can make them with superfoods:
kale, spinach, spirulina, macha, pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, acai, pomegranate, ground flax seed, pumpkin seed, cranberries, hemp seed, barley, figs, dates, prunes
sprouting seeds night before increases phytonutrients
slow release of sugar into bloodstrem due to fibre
antioxidants help recovery from sports
great to make one a day and take it with you chockablock with dense nutrients
