  • As long as I still have a job in this very bad economy, that's all the matters. At least I am paying taxes to help our economy. Oh well, just enjoy! no matter how much you get, that is part of life, you could be rich or poor. Life goes on.

  • yupe 100 thousand in dairy for the year, two employees. when i come along WITH NO HELP and run the hoilday thanksgivn 2 new years. i dont even see 20 thousand dollar year, O but in eight years i be making $13 n hour so basically its going to be 23,000 a year, but a year ago it was 100 thousand in the department with 2 employees? and .. basically what im saying the floor cleaners MAKE MORE MONEY THAN THE EMPLOYEES!! $9.20 and i work there running my own department for 2 n half yrs JOKE!!!!!!!!

  • This company is so sad. They have a union but you hire in at minimum wage, after subtracting union does your actually making less than minimum. They were the first store to open 364 days, because you know, Fred Meier isn't content with just being worth 5,000,000,000 (That's billion with a B) and those damn pesky employs don't need to spend holidays with families! The Meijer XMAS bonus was a coupon for one doughnut and a SMALL! soda LOL (I swear it's true) The employees get no discout on anything

  • @tomintroy You try competing with WAL-MART and not destroying the communities and suppliers you are working with. On balance, the company does a fair job protecting America. Research WAL-MART and find out what the alternative is. . . Who shops at Meijer? Amish. Who shops at WAL-MART? watch?v=YvxNgdFeWqM
