Yeah I have a couple of these I used 1/4 of a chili about 7mm off the end in 1 kg of food... Even at that dilution it took the food from flat to as hot as a meal can be without begin painful. It's just not that useful for seasoning.

The only practical use I can think of for these things is a weapon converting it into really nasty pepper spray.

I grown my own peppers here at home,you should do this slowely,first try to eat medium less hot(chayenne),not every day,but sometimes.Than you should try little stronger(habanero)few times,let you body get used to the Capsaïcine.

After that you should been able to eat Jolokia or Dorset Naga.

Don't forget to flush yoúr mouth with Milk often.This dude here(respect for it)but he is used to eat peppers ;-)
