I read about the mas the oem is shit from what I gather, so I change that and add pulleys , programer , find a tuner , and sum slicks , should be a good start

You can run a 6lb lower, BUT you must have your tuner have his hands on your truck. You must also address the short coming of the stock MAF.

As a rule, each additional pound of boost adds 10/15 hp and 20/25 lbs of torque, and torque is what gets these heavy ass trucks rolling, and torque is what you feel in the drivers seat.
