Once you establish a Don't number YOU NEVER TAKE IT DOWN, EVER!! YOU HAVE THE ADVANTAGE. IF you still feel so unlucky that your about to lose, you simply make a place bet on the same number and same amount. Now you cant lose, you can only win. Example a 5 dollar don't pass on the 5. Feeling unlucky about to take it down? Don't, just place 5 dollar on the 5 now there is no way to lose. If the 5 hits you will win 2 dollars, since a 5 dollar place on the 5 pays you 7. If a seven comes its a push.
Nice Video. Good system that lets you not loose a lot while you wait for that hot shooter. In my experience someone gets a 8-12+ roll streak about once an hour. Just have to make the bankroll last that long. Odds are the best bet, but you better have a big bankroll!
I have a roulette system that you may be interested in. Post here and I can send it over.

@tampicokeed Obviously not paying attention again. Never take down a don't bet once it hits a number. You have the advanatage. Why water it down with an odds bet? Straight don't on a 6 or 8 is 6-5 in your favor, if you add double odds your advantage takes a cut in half or better.
The "Come" bet is the same as the pass line bet, but the next number rolled will be the point for that bet. So, you're actually having a little side action going. Say for example, you place a chip on the Come bet, if you or the shooter rolls a six, the six is now the point for that bet, but if a 7 is rolled, you lose. In this cas e you can bet the point and Pass Line. If a 7 or 11 is rolled on the come-out roll, the "Come" bet wins together with the Pass Line. If a 2,3 or 12, you lose.
You're not allowed to remove your don't pass bet. At least not in any casino that I've been in. Please locate me to the casino you play in because I want to go there. LOL!
Every casino I've ever played at in the USA is more than happy for you to take down don't pass and don't come bets after the point is set. You have the advantage and if you want to give it up the house is a happy camper.
nice vids! i learned how to play with some of your vids a while ago. i jus started getting into dice trying to learn how to controll shoot and all that and ive been doing pretty well at the casino.
seeings how you make good vids, i was wondering if you would think about makinga new vid! i recently have started trying to play don't pass line for cold tables. any chance you could make a vid getting into detail on exactly how to bet proper don't pass odds? like how many 1's chips 4 ea.
Bottom line is that hedging your bets does not decrease the house edge in any way. If you look at wizardofodds you will see that this system is actually worse to play then just betting the dont pass with full odds.
Ok, does anyone know the answer to why a casino would offer free odds WITHOUT playing the pass line first? I know a place that will pay you 2:1 on a place bet (on the 4 and 10). Aren't these the true odds, and why would a place do this? What is the catch
Most places won't require you to pass before placing, but they also pay 9:5 on a 4 or 10 place bet. Paying 2:1 is an even money bet and you should be there right now playing with your life savings if you don't need to pass to place.
@KaitonsCorner: Yes, they pay 2:1 on the 4,10 place, and you aren't required to bet the pass line. But why should I bet my life savings, because this still doesn't mean I have the mathematical advantage. It just means they DON'T have it. I shouldn't expect to win anything.
No. I've played there for weeks and 4 or 10 place bet pays exactly 2 to 1. It's the best bet in the world, but most players aren't even playing them! In fact, most people prefer to play the 6/8 EVEN WITH TRUE ODDS PAID ON 4/10!!!!
@labulldog5 You must be talking about a buy bet, and you pay a vig on the win. Hence all the dollar chips you're forking over when you get paid your true odds.
Once you get wrapped up betting those boxes(6&8) pretty soon thats all you'll be thinking about. Dice can be cold table after table after table. Plus the casino is not even paying you correctly when they pay $7 for $6 on those 6/8's..it looks nice but they are actually shaving the payout which is hidden, of course they are not gonna tell you this and it gets worse betting in higher increments! Learn to bet wrong people and learn what it means.
put min on don't pass if player hits a point 6/8 don't put odds. If point is 5/9 either put 15 or 30 odds. If point is 4/10 put 40 to 50 odds. Why? Once the come out is achieved. The odds are in your favor to win. The player might throw a couple more points, but he will crap out sooner or later. If point is 6/8 you can place lay bets on 4/10 to complement or place don't come bet. Even if he roles a 4 put anther lay bet. You will win unless the table gets "HOT". Which doen't happen often at all.
there is a reason why you get paid less on the "dark side" bets. The odds are in your favor.Reading the comments on here about dont place odds on a don't pass bet is ludicrisIf you had a chance to put more money down on a 4/10 almost half the probability of coming up woudnt you do it?The reason why people lose at craps is becasause they have money all strung out on the table with a higher probability of the 7 to come out than any of the numbers they are betting on.Case in point bet wth the house.
But the odds are against you on the dark side on the come out roll. You can't ignore that. Though once the point is set, the odds are indeed on your side.
My take on the cards. I played with them in a casino in California. Do not play craps with cards. PERIOD!!! Especially if you're playing the dark side. Why? You can't use dice control for one, and they use 20,000 dollar card shufflers. WHy in the hell does a card shuffler cost 20 grand. When I played, I lost 500 bucks in less than 30 mins betting dark side. Can it happen with dice? surely. For me I like playing the dark side. There is NO system to win. It is a gamble, so play the way you want.
I watched it four more times and I STAND CORRECTED. The $12 you are using to place the 6&8 are out of your pocket BEFORE the 7 is rolled. I'm sorry. I should have listened closer.
Now wait a minute. You only have that $12 to place the 6&8 because you won $11 on the Don't Pass line when the shooter rolled a 7 BEFORE hitting the 5. That means a NEW COME OUT ROLL. And if you had the 6&8 placed and $5 MORE on the don't pass line, you would LOSE $17 if the come out roll is a 7. Pass line bets would win at that point.
The problem with a good table is ,there's never room for you , so your stuck with a table of losers , I have been playing for 20 yrs craps even took courses on control throwing and made my roll a lot better , this is a great tape for beginners !
Its a good hedge bet for those who place the 6 & 8, however i don't agree with taking down the don't pass with the odds, as after the comeout roll, its got the highest odds of hitting. Whats the advantage of taking down the don't pass?
You are right, in most cases never take down your Don't bet. But sometimes I have been on a table where the shooter begins to hit number after number. You get a gut feeling the shooter will hit his point. Not very often I will do this but once in a while.
While all my buddies walked away with negative money (lost at the roulette tables) I made 85 dollars profit not a lot, but for about two hours at the table for a first timmer not bad! Thanks a lot!
No matter what all the negative people are saying I found your videos very useful. I had no idea previously how to play craps and really wanted to learn. All I have to say is you are an excellent teacher you broke it down stupid style for me making me confident! This weekend I went to a casino and was nervous at first so I just watched for a while but soon gained the nerves stepped up and had a blast!
the guy is a snake-oil salesman. There is no such thing as a "hot-roll" every roll is independent. If you want to increase your odds of winning just bet pass or don't pass and take/lay full odds. Full odds is the only bet in a casino with no hose advangtage.
i like, (and use this kind of method). question; if the odd's on the "don't pass" pay less???? why don't you just make a larger "don't pass" bet and put no odd's? thanks in advance.
Sometimes I do make larger odds bets. It depends the way the table is going. If it's really cold then you might want to do that. Most of the time I am using the "don't" stricktly as a hedge so it is not considered a money maker but more of an insurance against losing your place bets. It's really a "crap shoot" which ever way you play. LOL
@jester800 Since the maker of this video fails to understand your question, I will answer it. It's a pick your poison with playing one large dont pass bet or a small bet with odds. The dont pass line is at a fairly high risk to lose on the comeout roll. 36 ways to roll the dice, 8 of em make seven or eleven which you lose on. If you bet 35 dollars on dont pass and survive youre getting even money after comeout. If you bet 5 bucks with 30 odds you dont risk much on comeout, but get paid less
This guy is a complete moron. He has no idea of what he is talking about. Do not follow this guys advice. This guy does not even know proper craps lingo. The dont pass bar as he calls it is just the dont pass. Also he mentions that if a seven out rolls he will take $12 and put them on the six and eight thats fine, however he mentions that if a shooter hits a seven right away he wins $11 on the dont pass, what an idiot. DONTS LOOSE ON A SEVEN ON THE COMEOUT ROLL YOU JERK!
Obviously someone who does not play the game. Probably a rebelliant teenager. The don't bet actually wins on a 7 after the point has been established. Pay more attention before you spout off. Sorry the "lingo" doesn't fit. These videos were off the cuff and not intended to be lingo accurate.
Actually, his methods are pretty good. Try paying attention - he said after the point is made, if a 7 comes right away, you win the don't pass bet. I personally use some of these methods...
Also, learn correct grammar before you go insulting other people, idiot.
Yeah, I guess the best way to keep from getting hit with a golf ball is just to not play golf. Don't look at playing this game as a way to make money but for the entertainment value and you will be a lot happier. If you are not entertained by the game, don't play it.
Take $5, say all the hardways heavy on the 10.Then when they hit, parlay the bet. If they hit again you'll win either $80 $100 or $128. 5 dollar risk, what the hell right? If you are successful at this technique, you will have a good chance at becoming a degenerate gambler and drug addict.
com on man and what if the shooter hit the 5 or 9 so you are loosing $26 and when you place $5 on don't pass after shooter hit 7 and if he hit 7 again or 11 you lose that $5 as well it is hard to make money this way body.
what i was asking you is i hit 2 times 7 and 1 time 11 in a row while i was betting $5 on don't pass line and i lost $15 before even the point establish and if i bet $5 on 6 & 8 and $5 on don't pass line so in that case i'm loosing more money if i hit 7 Twice or three times in a row before the point establish .
Here is one thing i don't understand by playing this system what if i lose twice or three times in a row before even the point establish it happend with me and it was hard to cover my loses after that.
If you lose 3 times in a row you are only losing the $5 don't pass bet while leaving the $12 on the 6 and 8 unless you are talking about getting on a number and hitting the number right away. If that's the case I would suggest making a $1 fire bet. $40 if he hits 4 numbers, $200 for 5, $500 for all 6.
I've watched this video several times. I've always been a fan of "Systems", this one has fallen true. I stayed determined to it and profitted three times, in three days; each time only playing for about 6 hours. Each session made me about $200 give or take. Now thats not alot, but it paid for my BS expenses on the vacation and had a hell of a good time playing. So thanx DJ.
craps has the best odds of winning than any other game in a casino. there is a guy who always wins big on craps because he mastered the art of rolling the dice, he'll roll 35 times before he 7's out. He goes by "the dominator" if any one has heard of him A&E or bio did a documentary on him called breaking vegas.
In my comment about Fire Bets, I made an error. With the rolling of the 6th Fire Bet #, $4995 profit is paid to you minus Fed taxes only. Depending on the 6th # rolled, the Field or Place bet would be paid AND if you wish your Field bet may be picked up and you may request your Place bets be taken down.
That 6th # is a winner and the other bets are NOT deducted from the Fire Bet $1000 to 1 payout. Please excuse my error.
$5 Fire Bet always. If 5 Fire Bets are made, u are guaranteed $1250. Place 10 units each on 5,6 & 8, Field $35 bet (1/2 the payoffs for 5,6 & 8), total $205. If #'s are rolled u win $35 each. If shooter 7's, u still have a profit of $1040 (original $5 Fire Bet goes to dealers). If #s keep rolling for profit, u might want to increase place and Field bets to 15 or 20 units and continue profiting, hoping for the 6th FIRE BET #. Profit will then be $4995-(Fed tax and $'s bet). COMMENTS?
This is ENTERTAINMENT! winning requires LUCK!All "experts" have systems. Many place the 6and 8 for $6 each and pull down after one hit. If there is a larger profit, pressing the 6 or 8seems to be the norm. More profit, place the 5 or 9. Instead of placing the 9, why not make a $5 bet on the field? The profit is $2 less but you have increased the winning #'s to 11. Agreed the field pays even on all except the 5,6,and 8 which returns a $2profit. Continued next page for Fire Bet thoughts.
Why would anyone who's serious about playing systems waste their time on a US version of Craps with shaved odds. Its a rip off! In the UK and other places such as Australia and South Africa they have the original odds. For example, 2 & 12 pay 33 to 1 not 30 to 1. 3 & 11 pay 16 -1 not 15 - 1. In the field, 2 or sometimes 12 pay triple. Hard ways pay 9 1/2 and 7 1/2 to 1 not 9 & 7 to 1 as on the US version and the 4 & 10 pay 9 1/2 to 5. Your better off playing Keno!
There is no way to win in a casino. All betting systems win sometimes. You will feel like a genious when u win. When u lose though you will feel its just not your day. Systems are just a way to entertain ur self. dont expect to win at any system. Have fun and create ur own losing systems. because thats what systems do. they lose eventually. If you are smart you will never pay for a system.
wow! how confusing! I think this method is really good if you could practice it a few times during a real game. But I'll just stick to me pass/come bet style for now. Thanks for the videos, they're all helpful.
thanks for this.. one tip.. labeling your videos tutorial 1/6.. 2/6.. would help identify the order in which we should watch these! ..but thanks again these are great.
Sometimes I put $15 on the don't pass line and $1 on the 11. The only thing that can hurt me is the 7 on the come out roll. I place the 6 and the 8 for $6 each take 2 hits and come down. If the point is 10 or 4, I will hedge off that with a dollar or two on the hard ways. What do you think?...
thespooneytube: Using the 11 to buy the dontpass isn't very good because of the variance on that roll, I personally use the field to purchase my bets (everyone says it's bad betting, but doubling up works perfectly fine because it is the LEAST variant bet on the board). I usually dontpass 1 and buy with field, if i lose field i'll go 3 field to buy the dontcome and place hedge on point, after dontcome passes, hedge it and fieldup for another dontcome and continue, i usually rake $10/minute.
...oh, and by the way, odds bets add an additional loss factor of about -6.57516% per dollar average, I never play odds unless I feel like throwing away money, the Big6/Big8 has a better % than that crap...no offense. (statistics run 10 times on a 100,000 roll simulation program using a human to seed and averaged).
Once you clear the come out roll from the Don't Pass side the odds are in your favor. Never take you "DP" bet down. Never put odds on a Don't Pass you are giving the casino the edge again on the win, as you are betting more than you can win. These games were designed to always give the casino the edge. Baccarat and Black Jack are better game for winning potential.
NEVER, EVER, EVER TAKE your DONT BETS off no matter what the number or how you feel!!! The ODDS ALWAYS favor the seven after a number is established or a DONT established. It was hard enough to get past a 7 or 11 now the odds favor YOU ..NEVER TAKE THEM OFF! If I COULD BOOK ALL the ppls money that DO THAT..FROM MY HOUSE(24/7) I WOULD DO IT!!!
I would agree, not to take off don't bets, but the odds on don't bets are paid off at lower than even odds. So they are in the house's favor while they are out there.
If you could get a copy of Zeke Feinbergs book Pre-Setting the Dice;Beat the bastard casinos the whole probability thing about dice combinations as taught by experts can be thrown out the window on pg. 23!! Wish I could explain, but you need to see the chart... there is no such thing as 'true' odds, its more like imaginary odds! In 96 Rolls there are 18 7's and only 8 4's or 10's(not 9 of each), only 10 9's or 5's(not 12 of ea.)and only 13 6's or 8's(not 15 of ea.) In 192rolls 36 Should be SEVEN
I'm not a big roller so I only play in the small casinos with the $2 minimum bet(in northern nevada) but i generally play the pass line while playing the field. I also have experimented with playing the field while place betting 5,6,8 I've only been 3 times now, each time walking into the casino with only $100, but every time I have walked out with 140, 450 and 200 dollars in profit. Is this a good system mathematically or is it beginners luck?
Playing the field is mathematically weak, no matter with what you play it. The second system you mention is called the Iron Cross. It has the illusion of winning almost every time except when hitting a 7 but really, this is a very weak strategy. To BREAK EVEN, you need to hit a 2 or 12 TWO time before hitting a 7 OR a 3,9,10,11 FOUR time OR a 5,6,8 like...SIXTEEN TIMES !!!!
The Iron cross, though it present relatively not so bad odds ( around -2.2%), It is a clearly awful bet in practice.
you bet against the 5's and 9's? It depends on whose shooting. When I shoot I have 1, 4 facing up, with digits adding up to 7 on the side, and then throw. For the most part, 4, 5, and 6 usually show up. 7's are rare. so if you are caught by a shooter who throws these numbers I would wait before you go to the dark side of the table (don't pass)
I try to get my don't bet off the 5 and 9 as early as possible. Once I have a hit on the 6 or 8 remove the odds and on another hit remove the don't bet altogether.
The problem with this system is the COME OUT ROLL. You cant place a DONT PASS bet after the point is established, this is because the player has the advantage once the point is established and the player has survived the COME OUT roll on the DONT PASS.
SEVEN or ELEVEN wipes out the DONT PASS bet if rolled before the point is established, and sometimes people can roll a series of ELEVENS and SEVENS before a point is made.
True, have seen it but not very often. When that does start to happen, back off. Another strategy is to place pass and don't pass and then just put the odds bet on the don't. That way you are protected on the come out.
I gave it a try with some MASQUE WSP software I have. I would bet 5 on don't pass for the come out roll and then put 25 on the free odds and 5 and 5 on 6 and 8. I had good luck most of the time, then there is the times the point is hit. In all my bankroll went up $117.00.
This whole nonsense about the "hot roll" seems to be where all of this breaks down. The odds of rolling a number are the odds...each time the dice is thrown. That's why I've never understood this "craps system" nonsense.
Yeah, you have to see it to believe it. I am a very mathematical type and didn't believe it either. Till I hit my first hot roll and saw the shooter avoid the 7 for over 1/2 hour!
near the end of the video you mentioned you'll bet $1 on the hard 4 to have a kind of insurance with your dont pass bet. How long is the bet you place on the hard 4 good for? Is it only for 1 roll, or does that bet stay there until the shooter 7s out? Could you clarify which bets are only for ONE roll and which stay on the board until you either take them down or the shooter 7s out?
the hard way bets last until that number comes out that is not hard, or if the seven craps everything off. for example, if you roll a 8 or 12 your bet will stay. if you roll a 4 (1+3) the bet is lost. if you roll a 4 (2+2) you will win.
All in all you can only lose $10 right in the beginning, this works with any point you would just have to bet on the corresponding odds (e.g. 7:6 with 7:6..7:5 with7:5..9:5 with 9:5)
if they were to crap out you would lose $2 in total>>(the 6$ on Six and Eight, but win on the Don't pass line $10) and if you hit the point six you would lose $3 (You would lose $10 on the Don't pass line and win 7$ on your point which is Six and take your eight down you would have a total of $19)..if they were to roll a seven though right in the beggining since you cant make a place bet before the comeout you would lose $10 on the don't pass.
my comment is why not put $6 dollars on Six while it is the point and $6 dollars on Eight and 10$ on Dont Pass that way if you hit the Eight and take it down you have a profit of 7$ and if they crap out you now have you get ten dollars that you bet and dollars that you won and have $33 in total and you put $22 on the table to begin with so you make a $11 profit & $22 profit if it hit again
Actually all the place bets are off on the come out roll automatically unless you specifically tell the dealer that they are working on the come out. Not usually a great idea because I have seen a number of shooters hit a point and then a bunch of 7s then a bunch more points. So you would lose your 6 & 8.
horse shit you never take a don't pass bet off never...... Moron

put min on don't pass if player hits a point 6/8 don't put odds. Which doen't happen often at all.
rpbtilidi 2 years ago
there is a reason why you get paid less on the "dark side" bets. The odds are in your favor.Reading the comments on here about dont place odds on a don't pass bet is ludicrisIf you had a chance to put more money down on a 4/10 almost half the probability of coming up woudnt you do it?The reason why people lose at craps is becasause they have money all strung out on the table with a higher probability of the 7 to come out than any of the numbers they are betting on.Case in point bet wth the house.
rpbtilidi 2 years ago
But the odds are against you on the dark side on the come out roll. You can't ignore that. Though once the point is set, the odds are indeed on your side.

What is you take on card dice instead of real dice? At my casino they use electronic cards.
tscstud11 1 year ago
My take on the cards. I played with them in a casino in California. Do not play craps with cards. PERIOD!!! Especially if you're playing the dark side. Why? You can't use dice control for one, and they use 20,000 dollar card shufflers. WHy in the hell does a card shuffler cost 20 grand. When I played, I lost 500 bucks in less than 30 mins betting dark side. Can it happen with dice? surely. For me I like playing the dark side. There is NO system to win. It is a gamble, so play the way you want.
rpbtilidi 1 year ago
I watched it four more times and I STAND CORRECTED. The $12 you are using to place the 6&8 are out of your pocket BEFORE the 7 is rolled. I'm sorry. I should have listened closer.
vralmond 2 years ago
Now wait a minute. You only have that $12 to place the 6&8 because you won $11 on the Don't Pass line when the shooter rolled a 7 BEFORE hitting the 5. That means a NEW COME OUT ROLL. And if you had the 6&8 placed and $5 MORE on the don't pass line, you would LOSE $17 if the come out roll is a 7. Pass line bets would win at that point.
vralmond 2 years ago
Maybe the casinos can put mountains on the sides of the tables that turn blue when the tables cold.

The problem with a good table is ,there's never room for you , so your stuck with a table of losers , I have been playing for 20 yrs craps even took courses on control throwing and made my roll a lot better , this is a great tape for beginners !
onetrashdancer 2 years ago
Its a good hedge bet for those who place the 6 & 8, however i don't agree with taking down the don't pass with the odds, as after the comeout roll, its got the highest odds of hitting. Whats the advantage of taking down the don't pass?
reprezents 2 years ago 2

What the hell is snake-oil??? I would not want to get a no hose advangtage - it sounds painful! LOL.

i like, (and use this kind of method). question; if the odd's on the "don't pass" pay less???? why don't you just make a larger "don't pass" bet and put no odd's? thanks in advance.
jester800 2 years ago
Sometimes I do make larger odds bets. It depends the way the table is going. If it's really cold then you might want to do that. Most of the time I am using the "don't" stricktly as a hedge so it is not considered a money maker but more of an insurance against losing your place bets. It's really a "crap shoot" which ever way you play. LOL
Bestdj0125 2 years ago
@jester800 Since the maker of this video fails to understand your question, I will answer it. It's a pick your poison with playing one large dont pass bet or a small bet with odds. The dont pass line is at a fairly high risk to lose on the comeout roll. 36 ways to roll the dice, 8 of em make seven or eleven which you lose on. If you bet 35 dollars on dont pass and survive youre getting even money after comeout. If you bet 5 bucks with 30 odds you dont risk much on comeout, but get paid less
gabe1487 10 months ago
This guy is a complete moron. He has no idea of what he is talking about. Do not follow this guys advice. This guy does not even know proper craps lingo. The dont pass bar as he calls it is just the dont pass. Also he mentions that if a seven out rolls he will take $12 and put them on the six and eight thats fine, however he mentions that if a shooter hits a seven right away he wins $11 on the dont pass, what an idiot. DONTS LOOSE ON A SEVEN ON THE COMEOUT ROLL YOU JERK!
Tazman4878 2 years ago
Obviously someone who does not play the game. Probably a rebelliant teenager. The don't bet actually wins on a 7 after the point has been established. Pay more attention before you spout off. Sorry the "lingo" doesn't fit. These videos were off the cuff and not intended to be lingo accurate.
Bestdj0125 2 years ago
Actually, his methods are pretty good. Try paying attention - he said after the point is made, if a 7 comes right away, you win the don't pass bet. I personally use some of these methods...
Also, learn correct grammar before you go insulting other people, idiot.

the best way to play craps...is probably just to not play at all...its a losing bet no matter what way you look at it
bigdan4712 2 years ago
Yeah, I guess the best way to keep from getting hit with a golf ball is just to not play golf. Don't look at playing this game as a way to make money but for the entertainment value and you will be a lot happier. If you are not entertained by the game, don't play it.
Bestdj0125 2 years ago
Take $5, say all the hardways heavy on the 10.Then when they hit, parlay the bet. If they hit again you'll win either $80 $100 or $128. 5 dollar risk, what the hell right? If you are successful at this technique, you will have a good chance at becoming a degenerate gambler and drug addict.
motorcitystevo 3 years ago
com on man and what if the shooter hit the 5 or 9 so you are loosing $26 and when you place $5 on don't pass after shooter hit 7 and if he hit 7 again or 11 you lose that $5 as well it is hard to make money this way body.
cigreat 3 years ago
what i was asking you is i hit 2 times 7 and 1 time 11 in a row while i was betting $5 on don't pass line and i lost $15 before even the point establish and if i bet $5 on 6 & 8 and $5 on don't pass line so in that case i'm loosing more money if i hit 7 Twice or three times in a row before the point establish .
cigreat 3 years ago
Here is one thing i don't understand by playing this system what if i lose twice or three times in a row before even the point establish it happend with me and it was hard to cover my loses after that.
cigreat 3 years ago

Please excuse my error.
cbh3500 3 years ago
COMMENTS?
cbh3500 3 years ago
This is ENTERTAINMENT! winning requires LUCK!All "experts" have systems. Many place the 6and 8 for $6 each and pull down after one hit. If there is a larger profit, pressing the 6 or 8seems to be the norm. More profit, place the 5 or 9. Instead of placing the 9, why not make a $5 bet on the field? The profit is $2 less but you have increased the winning #'s to 11. Agreed the field pays even on all except the 5,6,and 8 which returns a $2profit. Continued next page for Fire Bet thoughts.
cbh3500 3 years ago

What do you think?...
thespooneytube 3 years ago
thespooneytube: Using the 11 to buy the dontpass isn't very good because of the variance on that roll, I personally use the field to purchase my bets (everyone says it's bad betting, but doubling up works perfectly fine because it is the LEAST variant bet on the board). I usually dontpass 1 and buy with field, if i lose field i'll go 3 field to buy the dontcome and place hedge on point, after dontcome passes, hedge it and fieldup for another dontcome and continue, i usually rake $10/minute.
sabriath 3 years ago
...oh, and by the way, odds bets add an additional loss factor of about -6.57516% per dollar average, I never play odds unless I feel like throwing away money, the Big6/Big8 has a better % than that crap...no offense. (statistics run 10 times on a 100,000 roll simulation program using a human to seed and averaged).
sabriath 3 years ago

If I COULD BOOK ALL the ppls money that DO THAT..FROM MY HOUSE(24/7) I WOULD DO IT!!!
dontswin 4 years ago
I would agree, not to take off don't bets, but the odds on don't bets are paid off at lower than even odds. So they are in the house's favor while they are out there.
Bestdj0125 4 years ago

Is this a good system mathematically or is it beginners luck?
kuntryheadbuster 4 years ago
Playing the field is mathematically weak, no matter with what you play it. The second system you mention is called the Iron Cross. It has the illusion of winning almost every time except when hitting a 7 but really, this is a very weak strategy. To BREAK EVEN, you need to hit a 2 or 12 TWO time before hitting a 7 OR a 3,9,10,11 FOUR time OR a 5,6,8 like...SIXTEEN TIMES !!!!
The Iron cross, though it present relatively not so bad odds ( around -2.2%), It is a clearly awful bet in practice.
Nightshades 4 years ago
you bet against the 5's and 9's? It depends on whose shooting. When I shoot I have 1, 4 facing up, with digits adding up to 7 on the side, and then throw. For the most part, 4, 5, and 6 usually show up. 7's are rare. so if you are caught by a shooter who throws these numbers I would wait before you go to the dark side of the table (don't pass)
robnum1 4 years ago
I try to get my don't bet off the 5 and 9 as early as possible. Once I have a hit on the 6 or 8 remove the odds and on another hit remove the don't bet altogether.
Bestdj0125 4 years ago
The problem with this system is the COME OUT ROLL. You cant place a DONT PASS bet after the point is established, this is because the player has the advantage once the point is established and the player has survived the COME OUT roll on the DONT PASS.
SEVEN or ELEVEN wipes out the DONT PASS bet if rolled before the point is established, and sometimes people can roll a series of ELEVENS and SEVENS before a point is made.
neozsche 4 years ago
Just like someone (usually me) throws back to back to back 3's and aces. However, I usually make it up by throwing the point back to back to back.
robnum1 4 years ago
True, have seen it but not very often. When that does start to happen, back off. Another strategy is to place pass and don't pass and then just put the odds bet on the don't. That way you are protected on the come out.
Bestdj0125 4 years ago
LOL....just stay with the Place, and Lay bets, that's is the only true bet's that really pay out....
dpowell700 4 years ago
I gave it a try with some MASQUE WSP software I have. I would bet 5 on don't pass for the come out roll and then put 25 on the free odds and 5 and 5 on 6 and 8. I had good luck most of the time, then there is the times the point is hit. In all my bankroll went up $117.00.
oakparkmale 4 years ago
This whole nonsense about the "hot roll" seems to be where all of this breaks down. The odds of rolling a number are the odds...each time the dice is thrown. That's why I've never understood this "craps system" nonsense.
SmoothJazz98 4 years ago

THanks! Awesome videos btw!
boredwithcameras 4 years ago
the hard way bets last until that number comes out that is not hard, or if the seven craps everything off. for example, if you roll a 8 or 12 your bet will stay. if you roll a 4 (1+3) the bet is lost. if you roll a 4 (2+2) you will win.

Jeremywchilds1975 4 years ago
All in all you can only lose $10 right in the beginning, this works with any point you would just have to bet on the corresponding odds (e.g. 7:6 with 7:6..7:5 with7:5..9:5 with 9:5)
Dynasty619 4 years ago
if they were to crap out you would lose $2 in total>>(the 6$ on Six and Eight, but win on the Don't pass line $10) and if you hit the point six you would lose $3 (You would lose $10 on the Don't pass line and win 7$ on your point which is Six and take your eight down you would have a total of $19)..if they were to roll a seven though right in the beggining since you cant make a place bet before the comeout you would lose $10 on the don't pass.
Dynasty619 4 years ago
my comment is why not put $6 dollars on Six while it is the point and $6 dollars on Eight and 10$ on Dont Pass that way if you hit the Eight and take it down you have a profit of 7$ and if they crap out you now have you get ten dollars that you bet and dollars that you won and have $33 in total and you put $22 on the table to begin with so you make a $11 profit & $22 profit if it hit again
Dynasty619 4 years ago
Hey i have a Question and a Comment..my questions is if you bet on the six when it becomes the point do the odds stay 7:6 or do they change to 1:1
Dynasty619 4 years ago
Should you take down the 6 & 8 bets before each come out roll?
javaking2000 5 years ago
Actually all the place bets are off on the come out roll automatically unless you specifically tell the dealer that they are working on the come out. Not usually a great idea because I have seen a number of shooters hit a point and then a bunch of 7s then a bunch more points. So you would lose your 6 & 8.
