@andrewd010 Hi Andrew, I don't know where this win was recorded, but I do know from (luckily and thankfully) personal experience in Las Vegas that the employees only get involved when a hand pay is required. Anything in Vegas over $1,199 requires a hand pay because they have to issue you a 1090 form for taxes. Therefore in Vegas, you will see an employee respond to your machine on any win over that amount, or if you cash out over that amount.

And from all my thousands of hours of playing I know for a fact that the machines are manipulated by diff casinos,they have control on when to have certain groups to pay,unless you have a individual hot one. Well I would agree with you. But now there are "Coin less" Casinos, everything is ran on computers. But have you ever played a slot and it come down 7-7 and the last reel spin an extra second or two? That's because it (The slot machine) is figuring out the payouts it has gave. The casinos cannot risk letting something like Mega Bucks randomly pay the progressive. If it will not pay on no more then 40 walk away. I made more money driffting then filling just one slot in hopes of the big one.

How about this one..Play a three line slot and play 100 dollars in it three at a time, and be down to just two credits left, and the third line hit a jackpot..Is that random? I know what your saying. You press the button and it locks a combination in. Next time you go, play 3 credits at a time for say 20 spins, then drop it to one, and watch it pay something of value. The casino allways has the edge, if there was a slight chance of the house and player being 50/50 they would take the slot out.

It's not superstition. It's the computer is SET to pay a certin amount. Look next time on top of a slot and see 80% payback. That's not on all slots but just some are SET to pay that back. If you put a tewenty in and spin your last dollar, the machine will come down Double-Double, and the last Double or 7 or whatever will slide by. Why? So you will think it's getting ready to pay and you'll put more money in. Slots are SET, if you do not think that, will I wont try to change your mind.
