  • Cool, found one in my back yard in California... ; )

  • Im getting two of them :D :D

  • I used to own a Crimson Rosella. Beautiful birds, and I absolutely adored his little songs. Unfortunatly because I started to go to University I wasn't around him as much as I used to be. He got really stressed and started pulling out his feathers. I had to give him away to someone who would give him better company. It was really difficult giving him away, but I knew it was for the best and he's a lot happier now.

  • I imagine it most be one of the most enjoyable things in the world. Sitting on your porch and BAM, lovely colored birds are eating from your flowers.

  • i am happy that there is someone that treats them nicely!!

  • It's my dream to move to Australia :-) can't wait!! Next year ... *HOLDING MY THUMBS*

  • Hello! Just lovely! We had a crimson as a pet picked up as a juvenile after he was hit by a car and left for dead. Billy Parrot lived for 17 years and died of skin cancer! Poor Billy. Wonderful birds.

  • Oooh ^.^ We have a crimson rosella [Barry] lives in a bird cage in the garden, loves talkin to the other birds

  • These birds are very lucky to have freash sunflower seeds - I have an African Grey - and would certainly try to grow - a sunflower.

  • These are wild birds. There are approximately 300 different types of wild birds in the Canberra region with around a dozen types of parrots.
