  • @MrBrOnZeGoDKiLLzY drink with usually whole milk , or water. the milk will add about 9-20 more grams of protein on top of the protein already in the gainer. if you have chocolate flavoured, i recommend milk , maybe try adding a banana . tasty.

  • This stuff really worked for me I went from 120 pounds up to 160 pounds and I'm only 15 the only bad part is it give really bad gas but it goes away after the first week or so, it was really helpful to me because I was one of those kids that just hates waking up in the morning but after I started taking it I had a lot more energy in the mornings and during class so I hope I helped you but I did take these vitamin pills there called body roxx it's suppose to help u with the weight gaining

  • DAMN IT. I bought my first whey protein a few weeks back but thinking about it now, I should have gone for this instead. I've got a decent upper body (ectomorph) and I HAVE seen gains with ON whey. However my legs are skinny as all hell. I think it's cause I don't eat enough. I burn calories like nothing so eating the right amount is VERY difficult. I eat, eat and eat and just don't gain weight. Does anyone with experience think this product will help supplement my diet?   • @tomsb18c yea bro go ahead, it tasts good also. The 2 serving size is like way to much lol. I usually use 1 serving with whole milk at a time. It helps a lot with getting to the calorie range you want. Vanilla tasts really good to me. But you need to use a blender or it will get chuncky and gross. A blender works great makes it perfect.

As for mass products generally 600 gr in one take its too much for people wgho wnat to build athletic lean musclked body. For people who want be BIG it's OK. But taking two takes and then eat you will some to about 2000-3000 calories a day, you have to work and run really A LOT!

  • @skatedevil13 I found drinking this stuff in one hit spikes insulin and just about fuckin KOs me after sculling it down, but after workout and taking about an hour to drink it is best, but thats just my advise, you can do whatever the Fuck you wanna do lol : )

  • @papijelly if your someone that gains weight easy stay away from this stuff because it stacks the kgs on fast, im taking this serious mass and getting over 2000 calories per shake, maybe optimum nutrition 100% whey gold standard might be a better choice for you with only 120 calories but still 24 grams of protein per serve.

    100% whey can be taken anytime of the day.

    Take Serious Mass anytime of the day. Treat it like it is one or two meals out of your six-meal plan

    Most importantly though, do not treat supplements as if they are your bread and butter. FOOD is a bodybuilders greatest source of mass gain. Brown rice, white rice, pasta, Fish, Poultry, Beef, pork, whole wheat goods, and veggies are all much more essential than supplements.

    Don't forget to take vitamins.

  • @IamComical you cant really do both at the same time. Are you currently skinny or overweight? if overweight do a lot of cardio and lift weights. If ur skinny don't worry to much about cardio. Work on ur strength and weight gain (muscle weight) then when u hit ur weight goal kick up some cardio to lose the fat.

  • @phatturkey27 your options are get muscle slowly n stay thin or put on a bit of fat and gain muscle probably twice as fast, if not more.football is about power not your 6 pack abs , from now till late spring id suggest bulking and trying to gain weight, then cut it off for next summer try to keep that muscle and stay quick and agileuntill your sophmore season ends, and go into another bulking phase if you want to have that power n gain muscle quickly id suggest using this, for abs dont
