Alright guys STFU and get ur stuff right, THIS Asking Alexandria is from Dubai, which is located in the United Arab Emirates. It was formed by Ben the lead Guitarist for the current AA. They made one EP called The irony of your perfection. since the band never got signed, they broke up and ben went back to England to YORK to from the current AA that weve all grown to love where they made some Demos, got picked up by a record company and created their debute album, Stand Up And Scream. there.

This is the first Asking Alexandria. That consisted of Ben, from Dubai. He moved to England and him and Danny wanted to start a band, Danny was originally on guitar, which he couldn't play well, so he got moved to vocals. And they found the members of today's Asking Alexandria. The title of the band never had any meaning, and they kept the name of Ben's old band simply because creating a band name isn't easy.
