The whole reason Vincent became a mutant was because he was competing with Hojo for Lucrecia, and Hojo figured, "I'll just have him transferred from the Turks to my laboratory," and then locked him away when he was finished. If you played FFVII and did the math, you can figure it out. Hojo was Sephiroth's father. Lucrecia was his mother. Vincent runs into Lucrecia and already knows her name. And we know he's an ex-Turk who for some reason became a monster...Simple math.

holy crap! hojo is much more scary in japanese!!! poor Nero, all he did was try 2 help his ill brother, and wat does he get? death by hojo. by the way, wiess's swords r advanced versions of the gunblades. any1 who's seen Advent children may remember yazoo(or whatever his name is)'s guns that had blades on the barrel. those r gunblades. wiess roks, but nowhere near as much as Vincent/Chaos/Sephiroth(who dont appear but roks anyway) lol

Yeah, subs would be nice. I could understand most of what they were saying but due to low volume and slowish kanji reading skills, I couldn't get it all. DX But I still love this cut scene, and Hojo's laugh rockz my jeans!! <3
