@tdctop Been a while since you asked, but doesn't look like anyone answered so, all the guards regiments wear grey coats during the winter, and then their red tunics during the summer. The band playing does look like the Welsh guards band though since I think that's a green and white plume the have in their bearskins.

Each guards regiment has a different colour plume, except the Scots guards who have no plume.

These musicians are from the Band of the Welsh Guards, who belong to the Foot Guards. The Blues and Royals dress entirely differently, they do not wear bearskins and are part of the Household Cavalry.

The Welsh guard have been playing a lot of Star Wars music, probably because the director is a fan of the trilogy.
