"Money Talks" is a thousand year + "Given" and commonly used today yet history continually repeats itself as Money calls the shots. Democracy as an illusion? Democracy & the eye of the beholder?
How is "lobbying" different from "bribery" again? As much as it it "explained" I always go back to seeing absolutely no difference in the two. "If it walks and talks like a duck......"
Previous justices knew this behavior has the appearance of IMPROPRIETY.... That is the sign of integrity... what we expect in a Justice...and we see our justices do not always live up to the standards we expect...
