I bought a plane from banana hobby hoping to get into RC planes and my plane didn't even come with a transmitter so I sent it back and they sent me a new one but the new one that they sent me had no plane battery they finally got it right and lost a customer

sounds like they really gave you the run around. I buy all of my stuff from nitroplanes, granted I have a plane on the way and maybe jinxing it right now isn't a good idea but I've never had an issue with their products. Any damage to the product was miniscule and could be fixed completely with a hair drier if needed.

@SEECNICFLY Here is the motor I am using and I think I have a 60amp esc using either 4s or 5s 3700 to 5000mah batteries. XM3548-6T ( 720-25A-650W) Brushless Motor - Power-30, this a dualsky motor.

Youtwoba, That is a beautiful P-51, But it's a shame that Banana Hobby would not stand behind their products, I believe they dont have a QC Inspector, that is just a sticker they put on the planes to make you think it has been inspected. You should not recieve damaged merchandise that you payed good money for, I hope that inspector 6 is no longer with them. They have a Beautiful Mig-29 I want but can't trust them, afraid of getting busted up Jet Thats a shame..  Mr BlueAngel11

Just found your channel. It's great! As for banana hobby I've had the same issues and will Never buy from them again. IMO the best alternative to this plane is the FMS one. Not perfect but overall better quality. Happy flying good sir. =)

Great Vid and Great looking plane, But the trouble you had with Banana Hobby, is really bad i was think of purchasing from them but No.. and your Vid has Lost them a Customer. Because i live in the U.K I would hate to have an incomplete aircraft delivered and had to take weeks for parts to arrive. BH should check before the item leaves there depot. But Still thinking of Getting a P51 as its a great looking WarBird.. Nice work man..

@JMULIKOW stear clear of hobbyking as well. their electronic speed controlers, servos, recievers, etc are crap. 1 guy at my aero club built a large scale fokker and used $7 hobby king 13kg metal gear servos for the control surfaces, the rudder and left aileron servo failed in mid flight and had to make an emergency landing. (he JUST saved it)

Hahahaha My P-51 came with the canopy glued together. The back tire was way off center, cut off the wire stering and glued it straight. My props were also lose, I just left them like that too. Banana hobby really sucks, NitroPlanes is way better with Airfield products.

long ago I bought a Cessna from BH, wasn't until I got it that I went back to re-watch the video, telltale signs of video editing, speeding it up to make it look like it flew faster... PS that is not snoopy, it is Brian from Family Guy, PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!

I asked Pete from "BANNA HOBBIES" why he always uses his own controller instead of the one that came with the planes. Banana Hobbies blocked me. Eartling1984 supported them and blocked me too. Eflight stuff is made in China to. It is all about quality control.

i have a question how does your su 47 fly is it a little tricky because ive had problems from day one servos not working and landing gear never working correctly now it crashed and i love the look of it but know its gone ive had many plane from banana hobby and they all go down .

@blkcivic206 That plane is very tricky to fly and if it is not balanced properly can be an extreme handful. Some of the wires buried in the fuselage were not soldered properly on mine and caused servo failure.

Maybe Pete and company should focus more on the product they offer and customer care than they do on all those slick videos that they put out. I have never bought from them and now I doubt I ever will. I hope Pete pays attention to the things people say on Youtube and in the forums because if they use that info they could easily have the one of the best mail order RC companies out there. Now it seems like they are fighting Hobby King to be the worst.

Pete is Bananahobby it self, he is the owner of BH. It is a Family business, I never see any one else but him and family. Youtube videos is what made BH sells, not quality or customer service. BH is a one man operation, that is why people hardly get customer service because Pete is out there making and editing videos. Editing videos and mixing music is what makes people fall for it and make a purchase.

What a shame... the customer (abuse) policies of some of these companies are out of control. If something is missing from a package and you have video proof of that fact, you would think they would expedite that part to you. If for no other reason than to keep you from posting a video like this and showing the deficiencies of their comapany. Unfortunatley, they also know that all of us sheep have no choice but to buy their made in China SH#T and deal with whatever they send us.

Damn thats a shame about the giant P-51 but i'm sure i've seen another of your videos where you had trouble with one of Pete's planes (Banana Hobby) perhaps i'm wrong but man i've read all over the web about how bad there service is and some of there products ;-( just glad it would cost to much to ship any of his planes to my part of the world because i know i would of been stung by them now as he has a few planes i'd like to get my hands on,so i'll count myself lucky,good job on landing safe.

I thought you learned your lesson long ago about Banana Hobby. My ESC did not work from a plane I bought from them and I got the same excuse sorry you use your own TX and Receiver. You think Horizon Hobby would say that. I think not. You should meet up with that Pete guy next AMA convention and speak your mind at his booth about how bad his products are and how bad the customer service is.

if you go to a rc conference next year ,,just bring reseipt and esc ,,and make a big scene until they give you a working one or refund ,,on the phone they can blow you of ,,but face to face im sure you are the one with better chances ,,since lots of rc people will be around and watching ,,so then they want to pretend they are a reliable shop,,,wich we all know they are NOT,
