That´s no fake dear....did you ever get stabbed? Me yes and it didn´t bleed at all- even you could see the fleh and fat-tissue inside the wound. Small and thin blood-vessels can close themselves immediately, especially if the "weapon" is not sharp but blunt. He got stabbed by the scissors in a body part where are only very few bigger vessels.....i bet he didn´t even feel any pain, ´cause the nerves get paralysed, too. I know about that shit......
