Im a roaster for a company that uses this same kind of roaster. it is very efficient and makes some great coffee. Its a little limiting in terms of how much you can roast at a time, but that being said, it also allows to roast a small amount and keep things very fresh.
Your air roaster looks a little intimidating. How long did it take to convince the local fire inspector, that its ok and not to be scared of it....lol
