@TheSomba I'm guessing by "tool" you mean the incline bench Tory used to do the leg lifts? If that's the tool you are referring to, then yes, there are substitutes. You can use any incline bench or seat in your gym. You just have to figure out how to "hold it" with your hands for the stability you'll need. I've done this exercise using the Incline Bench Press and also using a standard incline seat. Google images using the words "Incline Bench" and "Incline Seat". Hope that helps.
@TheSomba Hey dude, what I do is I get the "decline" bench, and lay on it backwards while gripping the bar on the smith machine or squat rack. I prefer to grip the bar on a smith machine since it is more stable. Hope this helps.
Yeah well its not the workout who gives the abs its the diet since u r in great shape whatever u do u will get abs btw dont get an bigger u r in great shape for fusion
@imherelol This is true, to have visible abs your have to understand that approx 80% effort is going to come from your eating (nutrition) habits and only about 20% from exercise. What Tory is showing is the a few things you can do in that 20% to maximize your time.
just subbed! btw those abs are too good to be true.
