Well, it's unfortunate because she seems mentally ill, BUT she seems happy and well fed. She's clean and looks to have access to shelter and such (or else she would not look so healthy). What can I say? It's not a joke that she's "out there" but it's probably not her fault, and we are dealt the hand we're given in life. Besides, sad as it is, she seems to be happy her life at the moment, and that's more than I can say for most "sane" people.
