Interesting fact everyone. This Polo GTi comes with a 148bhp version of the turbocharged 1.8 litre 20-valve engine that produced 237bhp in the old Audi TT. So why not simply change the engine map ecu and, hey presto, you have a 237bhp Polo. Wow. ^_^
I have a Mk4 GTI also 1.8T and 150HP but with my driving style I have an avarage of 20 - 23liter/100km. :D really not a joke. For 50euro (it's about 35liters) and i drove 150 km with it (I need to say, really all the time flat out :D)
i dont think so mate..... most normal people get power figures from a chassis dyno. I havnt a clue what my engine hp is, but i know i got 210 hp at the wheels.....

how fast does a polo gti goes? my Mk4 GTI in about 8sec.
It's so fun that you can go in second gear over 100km/h. You also can do that with you polo i supose...?
My gear ratio is:
1st gear => 60km/h
2nd gear => 110km/h
3th gear => 160km/h
4th gear => 200km/h
5th gear => keeps on going to +/-230km/h

The engine from the Audi has a different turbo, different injectors... so it's not just that simple to get 237 hp....

it's 14.6 liter/100km UU. it drink about 8 l/100km in normal driving.
