This wasn't in M:I 2.  I think Bono worked on this version. The M:I 2 theme was done by Hans Zimmer and is much more of a rock track. And yeah, Limp Bizkit did a similar rock version that some might call the theme.

FOUND IT! The MI2 theme is called "Take a Look Around" by Limp Bizkit. This sound more like the first mission impossible.

Watch the movie again. Limp Bizkit was the same exact music when he recieved the glasses, while his 2 partners arrived and when the motorcycle sequence began. This sounds more like the MI3 music.

MI2 is a great movie...but the part where ethan landed that motorcycle across the gate on the bridge...that turns me OFF...they messed up the whole action...MI3 is very good too, fast pace, new special agent "tricks", and of course better story line.
