Dang 1200 and hour! That's kinda expensive. It's weird that the cops fined you for that b'cus I see other people block lanes and I too have done it before and never got stopped. Maybe b'cus you are a foreigner and they are trying to make some money off of you. If I ever got stopped for any reason, I just tell them that my cousin is Officer Vivente(PNP) and they let me go.
How much for the rental car? Before my last trip to AC, I bought a car so I'd have something to drive instead of taking the trike all the time...The traffic in your video doesn't look too bad. I always go back "home" to PI during the X-mas and New Years holidays and the traffic during the day time is a real PITA.
