@hellsbellspapa judging from the surroundings (as seen in the beginning) it was filmed in StPeterbourg, Russia's darker capital city. Alan Parsons was always popular in the USSR, they even sold the LP's since the 70-s.

It would be great to hear the songs of this album and Pyramid live. Very cool stuff! The drummer seems to have a nice set of Canopus drums.

All I can say about The Alan Parsons Project is that they were way ahead of their time. I listened to them and my friends could not understand me.
