33:00 what is a corporation? nothing more than a tool, an artificial entity controlled by officers who are agents of the corporation. it has relations with people..there is a big debate in corporate law if a corporation is an independent entity or is a nexis of contracts. right says it is just contracts and left says it is an individual entity...Robert Ashford thinks it is both
