L.A. and the greater L.A area is the most balanced sports region in America...there's no urban area in the nation who has the balance of greatness on 3 different levels, with the pros, college and high school or prep sports, as does L.A and the greater L.A. area......
the East Coast-centric media over hypes East Coast sports franchises and consistently attempts to marginalize the L.A. sports scene...
how in the living hell is SF titletown? Niners have been successful but the giants have never won a title in SF. LA is titletown. Lakers, Dodgers (although not successful of late) Ucla, Usc.....not even close. SF has 5 titles...La has 30 plus
San francisco is not titletown! And u cant say raiders or A's , Theyre F-in Oakland! Not San Francisco, And the Angels are the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim...Los Angeles is titletown USA
The Angels are my favorite team, but they are not truly a Los Angeles team since they plan in Orange County. I would have loved to add them to the video.
San Francisco is titletown. within the actual 7x7 city limits, SF is the shit. LA and Boston have teams playing outside their city limits. so if SF wants to play that game we should consider the raiders, the A's, Stanford, Cal, the Warriors and what the hell throw the Kings in there along w/ the Giants and 49ers. haha Take that USA
Not really, I only put LA teams on the video. I could have added the Angels and Ducks, both world champions but I didnt' because they play in Orange County.
If you look at the complete picture, how could anyone else claim the title? UCLA has more titles than any college in the country, and lets not forget USC. Poly High School has produced more pro athletes than any high school in the country, who can argue?
L.A. is where its at...no way boston, u had nobody show up at ur celtic games last year and then you make a trade and now u have die-hard fans..thast some b.s
LA is Titletown!!! All you overrated "sports cities" in America better bow down to Los Angeles. Our city has a tradition of winning and we are the biggest sports stage in the world. Los Angeles is the greatest.
New York City is crap, its full of front runners and fair weather fans. Green Bay is title town USA hands down. it always has been, and it always will be
New York BY FAR has the most titles in the entire American Continent. 28 World series titles. Without counting the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Giants ones. It has 4 Lombardi trophies. 3 for the Giants, 1 for the Jets. 4 other NFL titles, all for the Giants. It has 2 NBA titles, which is sad, being its the mecca of basketball. It has 4 stanley cups for the Rangers, 4 for the Islanders and 3 for the Devils. I didn't even touch the NY Cosmos in soccer and any college titles. Who's your daddy?
Well, theoretically New York would be "Titletown", because it has the most championships. But it really is kind of like an unfair advantage, look how many teams they have. They have the Rangers, the Islanders, the Giants, the Jets, the Knicks, the Nets (they're basically NY), and then the Mets and Yanks which won the majority of their championships.
To me, the three major contenders are Boston, LA, and NYC who have dominated in their own time in each sport (NBA, NHL, NFL, and MLB).
To bad the Packers own the Trademark Titletown so if anyother city wins (doubtful) It would be illegal to advertise their city as Titletown. P.S. No one likes the WNBA

i think new york could be title town i mean the yankees did win 26 world championships alone
lylboooch1692 3 years ago
New York has no collegiate success. That alone automatically takes them out of the picture.

You are right, compared to the huge success of USC and UCLA, heck even CS Fullerton and Long Beach.

los angeles deserves to be fourth in my mind, you can make no case against boston not winning, and i am a detroit fan
