the russians peacekeepers have lost all legitimacy for a long time becoming involved in the conflict. and Russia has left the agreements establishing official ties with Abkhazia. their mandate is not renewed and they will leave.

there is no such thing as russian and a piecekeeper. it is an oximoron. they qualify for warkeepers since there presence keeps the war going. if correction when they leave everything will return to normal.
