  • HE IS SOO BAD i cant believe you didnt fall off! i would ahev not gotten him, he is horrid.

  • @blonde977 It was my first time riding him so he was testing me :) I wanted a challenge and he is actually a really awesome pony if you can ride him right :)

  • lol

    :) beautiful horse

  • WOW He is such a brat! im sure your going to get some sense put into him! at leas tif you all, it's not very far to the gound! hahaha are you going to carry a crop with him? it might help to smack him when he does all that stuff! you rode though it really well tho! maybee ust try to sit back even further, and rol your shou lders back, that might help keep you staying on better! im so glad you are going to co-board him!!

  • @RonnyMyBoy1 Haha yeah I was sitting back though trust me you don't know how hard and fast he pulls his head down :P

Yeah I will carry a crop I just forgot mine last night plus I kind of want a smaller one cause mine is huge xD

No haha it isn't very far to the ground xD

  • @Horses4Ever45 well it might be easier to reach around to smack his butt. teehee

  • @RonnyMyBoy1 Oh it would be like already on my butt :P

  • @Horses4Ever45 your butt? hahaha how would you nkow it would be at his butt, you didnt ahve it ther ethe oteher day :P

  • @RonnyMyBoy1 WHOOPS! HIS butt :P And it would be because he's not that big! It's okay I have a purple normal sized one that is good xD

  • oo he looks a difficult ride :P

you ride him really well :]

    xx

  • He seems to be even more silly in the big arena, right?

  • @ginita105 Yes! You are definitely right xD. We started in the round pen and then I decided I was up to the challenge and figured if I was going to try him out I might as well get used to all his naughty habits!

  • @Horses4Ever45 A horse I used to ride until a few weeks ago when I switched riding schools named Tuli would behave really well in the indoor arena and then outdoors would be a complete stuborn and instead of cantering, galloped xD

  • @ginita105 LOL! That sounds very interesting :P Some horses are very particular about where they are ridden I guess ;)

  • I was working quite a difficult horse like Oliverio a few months ago and my instructor suggested working at a walk and using quite a few half halts before moving onto a trot and canter. Also if he has exes energy you should try lunging for 15 minutes before riding and you could also carry a whip, you wouldn't need to use the whip but by carrying it you woud be showing him you're not affraid to correct his bad behavior.

I hope this helps and i'm sorry if I come across like a smart arse

    bahb1

  • @bahb10 Thanks for your advice! I don't think you sound like a smart arse ;) I am going to carry a crop in the future I just forgot it haha. But excess energy isn't really the problem I don't think :/ He just needs to learn to enjoy being ridden and know that he can't get away with stuff like that. Plus bonding will help to. And we are planning on doing lots of lunging/groundwork.

  • awww i love him! hes so pretty too :L !!

haha hes quite a naughty boy isnt he?!?! you handled it really well though so i bet in no time you'll have that whole dropping-the-shoulder-and-running-away thing sorted!! :D but it's definately a tricky to deal with habit! but congrats on not falling off :) !! and you dont look too big on him! though i understand that if youre trying to get your own horse that youd probaby want to get something big! cant wait to see his progress :D xxx

  • @Fall0utAtTheDisco Yes he can be but I know that in no time we'll be a lot better :) Yeah aha and me and my mom have some ideas to help him :)

Yeah aha that's kinda how I'm feeling. Yes I will try to update you guys often!

  • okaay , so first of all you look amazing on him

  • @aceforever3358 Thank you, and thank you, and ME TOO! :D I will make sure to get videos the first time I jump him :)

  • omg AMAZING U TWO LOOK AMAZING!! and you are NOT too big for him!! ;D

  • @lukelover6996 I never said I was xD I just think that he's too small for me to buy. Because I will probably still grow a little more unfortunately and if I did buy a horse it would have to be a family horse to share with my mom and sister and my sister is closer to 6 feet so she soo couldn't ride him and I would want a bigger horse too probably.

  • @Horses4Ever45 ahhh i see! does your sister coboard( lease) a horse too?

  • @lukelover6996 Nope she hasn't been riding lately :/ Last she was riding was when we were still taking lessons in the spring. But I don't think we're taking lessons anymore there.

  • YOU LOOK FREAKING AMAZING ON HIM! *HAPPY DANCE* YOU ARE DEFINATELY NOT TOO BIG FOR HIM!!!!! I LOVE HIM!! HE'S LIKE FLASH WITH THE HEAD THING!!! FLASH DID THAT ALLL WINTERRRR!!! OMG I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY THAT YOUR GOING TO COBOARD OLIBOBOLY!!! I REALLY WANNA BUY HIM :( I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO JUMP HIM!

  • @FlashyPony4Ever HAHA I LOVE YOU CASEY AND I LOVE OLIBOBOLY TOO AND I LOVE THAT YOU MADE UP THAT NAME FOR HIM XD.

Yes, it shall be very fun when I can jump him :D But I'm just taking one step at a time for now. There's a lot we can work on!
