P120K to P150K is about $2800 to $3500 per month. That is not including your electrical bill and water bill plus cable and telephone. I feel it's a bit overpriced for the kind of condo it is.I have a similar kind of condo in Canada and I have a two bedroom plus den unit with two bathrooms. They rent for $1700 to $2000 per month unfurnished but has stove, double door fridge, dishwasher. washer and dryer. It also has centralized air-conditioning and heating. That's a big difference compare to there
@MrHardrod2 and the unit rental fee also includes the monthly maintenance already that covers electrical, water, security and outside cleaning of main areas (lobby, exterior window washing, parking garage cleaning, garbage pick-ups, etc). It cost too much in the Philippines for the same type of Unit that you can rent in Canada particularly in Toronto where I am from.
@jasrmora Two bedroom units at The Residences of GREENBELT usually go for around P120K to P150K per month or more depending on the size and the furnishings. The more luxurious the furnishings (like expensive furniture, 48" LCD screen TV's, top of the line appliances, top of the line imported furniture), the more expensive it is. This is not a cheap condo. Mostly rich people live here.
