Many people/companies had a hand in making this clip.
1. Fox
2. The production company that originally produced the live Simpsons intro as an ad for the UK market.
3. The person who captured it and originally put it online
4. The RTL2network of Germany that produced Lynne and Tessa's tv pilot
5.One of their diehard fans that saved the show and provided a link to it.
6.and of course the girls themselves.
Copyright has been violated so many times here that it's kind of funny.
