i know the video quality is bad but the graphic on dx9 is shitty at all ... i play it on highest dx9 settings and this game looks like crap compared to older games.

this game has just good graphics (dx10)... nothing else

Yes, but on Medium to Low settings, High will work, but it will be fairly choppy.

yes, you can play crysis, but i recommend playing it on medium. my friend has the same setup and when he plays on high it lags like shit, but on medium he gets 60fps+

hum... with a better vid card or game card may work, but I think you can play it on high, just with a tiny bit of lag sometimes, but with that stuff you have, I highly recommend using medium, not to have lag. but if you buy better ram it would work on high maybe.

you can aim.... and no... this isnt on very high settings for dx9.... some high, a lot medium.... but... idk if this is the case or not... but, can you run this game on dx10? if you can than how did you get DEVMODE on dx9???

jamaicob.... if you want to run dx10 its easy.... but, do you have a dx10 card? if you do, you gotta make a desktop shortcut for crysis, when you have the shortcut, right click it, you will have to option right there to " play dx10" or "play dx9"... i alwas played on dx10, but liked dx9 better so i changed it to dx9 at the shortcut.

DX10 differs from DX9 in small ways such as texture scaling, wind and water effects and lighting. These are the ones I notice in any case.

Ive got the abit fp-in9 sli, 4 gb with corsair ballistix pc8500 ram, 2 x 8800gts 512 which I have modded bios to OC (same as asus top specs, but gainward card).. I can get "ok" scores in the crysis benchmark, about 30avg, 47 peak on high, 1280x1024 and 16q AA. But only 9400 3dmark 06 :O Also if I clock my crappy cpu, I gain a lot of fps.. I want new cpu now :( :( :( E8400, waiting for it.

my PC intel-core Quadro EN8800GTX 768 mb 2.40 ghz and 3GB ram on XP high 50 fps on vista very high 30-40 fps sometimes 25 ther isent a big difrenc only light beams and its kind of darker and the physicks are beter the graphicks are same >_> stil cool vid

a GTS wont be able to handle max settings very well. It would probably work on High but me myself i have a GTX and that works perfectly on Max settings at 1280x1024.
