I'm playing this on Gold difficulty and i've died quite a number of times now.

The Landmaster in that game is faster than on 64! And with a way more slick design......

but the landmaster traveled on treads in the 64 version which was better. now they have wheels

Yes, it is VERY fun. StarFox Assault is my favorite StarFox game besides Adventures, which really isn't a StarFox game at all at heart. But its still an amazing game by itself. If you are looking for some good games, definitely pick Assault and Adventures up.

well i don't know if i should have asked that becuase of course the starfox team wouldn't let us down i have the n64 1 and the 1 for the ds

I actually don't really like StarFox Command at all. The N64 one is good, but is a much 'slower' game compared to Assault. Adventures is a huge step in the RPG direction, and I honestly wish Nintendo would try it again and make an Adventures 2, because I really liked it. Either way, StarFox is a really good series.
