your a complete fuckin' nob who probably knows fuck all about music.I want One of what?A guitar do you mean?
I've got 12(proper) guitars mate. The Silencers were never about cranked up Marshall's.James's sound was far too heavy for that song/the silencers in general. Now piss off ya tit!
@littlebigsteve I was there too, up in the balcony. Access all areas. I remember the support band as well. A young outfit from Calderbank called The Daizies. The Town Hall rocked that night.
The last time I saw wee Jimmy, I near ran him over in Coatbridge.
@modo03 And your musical observation was a load of shite and sounded like a wee jealous wean "Mammy I want wan of them and I'll stamp ma feet if you don't get me one" Ya pussy. I think Jimmy, and James know what sort of sound they wanted for the song much better than you do ya tit. Who do you think you are.....Daniel fuckin Lanois? Away and play yer recorder and shut up ya fud
Yeah great band...I saw them supporting Simple Minds in 1989 in Paris,Leeds and Cardiff they were great.a really under-rated band.....got all their albums.3rd best Scottish band ever after Simple Minds and Big Country Id have to say........where`s Jimmy`s hair gone ??
i saw the the silencers at cardiff arms park in 87, they were on before the ALARM, PRETENDERS AND U2! also saw them support ALARM at manchester, oh the memories... long live the silencers x
