Can you get a college degree at DeVry, or is it just a technical/business school?

@TheDevryUniversity The College of Media Arts & Technology seems to hold most of my interest. But I'm wondering if I can attend there straight out of high school? Or do I need a Bachelor's Degree before I can attend?
