Wales hasn't called for a referendum on independence neither has scotland why? because those countries don't want independence. The countries in the united kingdom speak the same language actually don't know what you are speaking MrLlanllyfni. Last time i went to wales and scotalnd poeple spoke english. Our cultures are similar as well hence why this union works.

@rugbyboy198127 i feel bad for you because no matter how much you want that situation you know as much as i do that its never going to happen. the referendum in wales last month means that we are on our way to independence, as the NO camp pointed out, devolution is not a destination its a temporary stop on the slippery road to succession. scotland will get there before us and hell will freeze over before ireland merges with england. things change mate, identities develop, go with it.
