@lejenamure Unfortunately thats impossible, first, she had an actual family, Zaraki saved her, second, you can only make your zanpaktou take a form if you are on a high level of resonance with it, which requires to be able to listen to it, KNOW ITS NAME, rely on it, and go into that meditation thing that ichigo went into to get mugetsu, thirdly, the only other ways are to have a gikongi ( i think) or the shitty filler arc, and lastly, she has her own zanpaktou

Here's the thing about Yachiru...she's always with Zaraki. She likely has a strength similar to Kenpachi's, monstrous. She's also a quick lil' lady. If she fought along side Zaraki, his opponents would likely die too quickly.
