When I was in High school we had a field trip to an afb were we saw cargo warehouses, forklifts k loaders and other vehicles. I thought to myself. If only one day I could work in a place like this. 3 years later i am in the US Air Force stationed at elmendorf afb doing that just working air transportation doing what I first saw in high school. It works for me and im happy
actually if your goal is too make money, if you have the money personally I believe right now too a few years from now would be the PERFECT time too start investing in the real estate market...right now houses are EXTREMELY cheap...if a person bought a bunch of houses right now...when the market goes back up(eventually) they will be raking in upwards of 4 times what they spent on the house :|...(it is kind of a gamble tho cause you might spend more on repairs between now and then)

I think it's a bit of an american type of statement to say you can do anything you want but it will take work and well it's just not true. All the will, drive and determination in the world will not allow you to do something that requires something you don't have. Example join the army if you are too old. First of all, to any of who misunderstand, it's only his opinion that being a real estate agent is stupid. Don't take it as fact. Secondly, if you're a real estate agent who's happy, this video isn't directed to you. This video was meant for people who aren't satisfied, and he made that very clear. If you're a real estate agent and you happen to be restless and unsatisfied, all he's trying to say is that you don't have to sell yourself short and you can aim higher.

When I was in High school we had a field trip to an afb were we saw cargo warehouses, forklifts k loaders and other vehicles. I thought to myself. If only one day I could work in a place like this. 3 years later i am in the US Air Force stationed at elmendorf afb doing that just working air transportation doing what I first saw in high school. actually if your goal is too make money, if you have the money personally I believe right now too a few years from now would be the PERFECT time too start investing in the real estate market...right now houses are EXTREMELY cheap...if a person bought a bunch of houses right now...when the market goes back up(eventually) they will be raking in upwards of 4 times what they spent on the house :|...(it is kind of a gamble tho cause you might spend more on repairs between now and then)

I think it's a bit of an american type of statement to say you can do anything you want but it will take work and well it's just not true. All the will, drive and determination in the world will not allow you to do something that requires something you don't have. Example join the army if you are too old.
