The third Alice became so afraid of dying that she got rid of her kindness and became a cruel queen ( she became the Red Queen) as for the twins. They came to wonderland on a boat because they got an invite from the queen. When they arrived they began running through the door they saw and viewed what happened to the other Alices. They got lost and were eventually killed by the first Alice ( some versions the one twin ( mainly the boy) kills the other.

"Consumed by paranoia of her own impending death, soon the queen sucummbed to a dark and night-marish dream, disguised in kindness loathing fate she secured her regime" What it means is that, yes, she did go crazy, but didn't die, she didn't want to leave because she didn't want to die, so she had wished for invincibility in the wonderland, but she only saw rotting flesh, if you look closely at the end her eyes are red

@Deidara727 and what they mean by "She secured her regime" it was referring to her being invincible, since she was still alive, she would still be the queen, plus Meiko didn't kill Len, if you look closely in Rockeleetist's video, there is a brief second, and its very hard to catch, it's Meiko's bloodied hand on Len's shoulder, which is a metaphor, the metaphor is that Meiko convinced Len to kill rin, u were right, but Len wasn't killed, since Len and Rin are twins, Len stayed with Rin

I think Len killed Rin because as the song states Rin was "stubborn" and Len was "witty". Len probably figured that something was wrong with Wonderland and wanted to leave however Rin still wanted to see what the invitation was all about. Len became more and more upset as they pushed deeper into Wonderland until he snapped and took her out so he could get back. But it was too late, he was trapped and alone.
