Your elbows are to high in many of your sparratic strikes, back too arched and foot work quite poor, a lot of the strikes as said already are 'sparratic' or come across as being very flustered, hurried and wasted in application.
In order to get fast, first we must train slow.
My advice to you is to save some money up and treat your self to a seminar or seminars with a true Master from a good lineage. My comments are not aimed at you to cause embarrasment, good luck in your journey.
This was onley a smal demo. Still, i know that there is a lot of work to be done. After three years whit my teacher i am now alone for 20 years. No one to teach me but myself. My style is not yet compleet, i know. Thanks for the advice.
Dear Sir, You respect the art, that is nice, but you don't respect the person. Pleace, look at the other video or comment to. Than you find out wath massage i try to bring. If you practise WC from your nine years old, you must be verry young still. You do not have graspt the fundamentals of Kung Fu.
Hey there kung fu brothers . I practise wing chun since I was nine and i got to say that this isn't what a wing chun fight should look like ... I respect the art , and honestly I must say that this is an insult to it . The hits should be fast and strong and the technique needs to be cleen and fast as well . This is mine opinion .
Sorry if my last comment seemed harsh, but you have to tell it like you see it. I am far from being a Master, and you are right, there are many ways one can use Wing Chun. I do not think I am better than anyone, even William Cheung, who I think is highly over rated as a Martial Artist. If you are ever coming to Australia, drop me a line and we can meet for some training. All the best Yves.
Even you think not much of them...you take the effort of waching and posting a comment.
May i ask?
Please look at the video "personal touch...", then wright me aggain with wath you think of it.
You must be a real Kung Fu Master, if you have such sight of what is going on. If you think that... you must be better than Grandmaster William Cheung, he invited me at his place in Australia to practise with him and Shaolin Master Chen Long asked me the same.
Well done for having the balls to get out there and show your skills, it sounds like there was a pretty big crowd. To be honest though, it was absolute rubbish. Find agood Sifu and start again. All the best.
Zuado esse jeito de lutar.Apesar q é sem contato, mas um pouco de tecnica para melhorar os golpes seria uma boa.Treina um pouco mais aee..

wrong... If attacker is still on his feet able to fight it isnt self defence...
You should destroy anyone who dares to attack you.

Hello Yves, I have viewed quite a number of your videos.
I myself come from very good lineage - Ho Kam Ming > Fong >>> I am sorry but would have to agree with a number of the negative comments

@B3TTYSWOLLOCKS I agree with everythiong you have said, but if I can get my two cents in:
i) he always gets off their centerline, but keeps them on his
ii) high strikes always followed by low kicks...beautiful
iii) never lets the other guys head up
I like the tact he is on, and I only think he needs to get technically better, but hey...we all do, right?
