@fleshtheworld Tenchu comes with 2 opening intro, US and JP version. If i were right, this should belongs to US ver. intro.

The intro is from "Tenchu: Shinobi Hyakusen", a standalone expasion only release in Japan back in 1999.

this song is eternal. I remember my friend showed me THE original Tenchu ending where it's mostly scenery. The song rung eternal in my head way before I got my own PS1 and Tenchu.

I feel kike I'm 12yrs old again... ahhh the memories. Loved sneaking up and slashing necks in this classic ninja game. Sho Kosugi did the motion captures for this game he's a real ninja and star of many '80's ninja revenge films.

btw people who disproved of my comment i meant the game was fan made not the intro i meant tenchu shinobi hyakseen or something like that its just missions created by fans from the tenchu 1 mission editor (Japanese version only that the mission editor is on)

This was the Sony Classics remade intro for Tenchu: Stealth Assassins for the PSX. Though not the original, this version came out a few years later and had the improved intro.

this isnt tenchu 1 this is the intro of a Japanese version known as something like tenchu shinobi hyaksan or something, it is a completely different game, fan made but a very good intro

Are you sure? I remember this as the intro of the U.S version of Tenchu, which had the two extra levels I believe ("Checkpoint" and that one with the blue archer).
