I built my own cab as well but it has a dreamcast in it and yes dreamcast also runs mame and better than a computer believe it or not and without the control delay

Yeah I got the Top-Gun guns too they are cool. Just need to make sure it suits your windows, I bought the XP version by mistake and didn't work on Vista lol... But that is all fixed now...
