  • Genetics or not a Body that low in fat you have to work for both in the exercise and diet, the only thing genetics affect is making a little easier or a little more difficult for the individual, it's just a little common sense. If you really want it you have got to work for it regardless. She obviously wanted it bad enough to get there and likes it enough to keep her body that way, Props to her!

  • I don't agree with side bends. They thicken the waist. As you can see, she is very much in shape, but no waist. She should ditch side bends and oblique work. Her trainer should school her on her lack of hips.

  • I think she's sexy but when you can see the veins popping out on the biceps of a woman it kind of unappealing for lack of better words.

    I don't know how much muscle mass you would have to scale back to get rid of that or how much body fat you would hvae to put on to cover it up but you don't seem to mind so keep doing your thing girl.

  • doing more reps gives her more power. adding more weight gives her mass. I prefer her feminin yet HARD AS IRON biceps.

  • Power = speed/distance. Higher reps use the aerobic pathway of energetics, and done excessively, can inhibit power through neurochemical exhaustion.

    Mass is caused by many things, most notably training in the glyconic energetic pathway, but also mitochondrial proliferation and capilerization through holistic training. Adding weight will not add mass.

  • There is no way your bodyfat is 10-12%. It has to be around 5-6%. I've never seen a girl with a body as fit and tight as yours. If I can ever help out with your workouts count me in :)

  • I keep my bodyfat percentage between 10-12%.....

  • Your abs are the best bit. Thats not to say that the rest of your body isn't excellent too, You've managed to get awesome arms without looking beefy.

  • Thanks for your comment, however, I am a firm believer in core strength and balance to include my rectus abdominus, internal/external obliques, and the opposing quadratus lumborum and erector spinae in the back. I suppose I will have to love a little thickness for the strength it provides.
