When people think of metal, they think of stupid mainstream bands like Slipknot, Breaking Benjamin, My Chemical Romance, Avenged Sevenfold, even Linkin Park and Evanescence. I have to say, however, that most metalheads know nothing about rap. Underground/old school rap is actually very poetic and intellectual. When we think of rap we think of mainstream artists.
