  • you have the bullets in your pocket.

  • Actually it's not so stupid... concealed carry unloaded would be stupid. Open carry you may run an elevated risk of somebody snatching your gun.

  • He didn't ID you or run the serial numbers... I bet if you were black he would have... because you know how us black people are. And having an unloaded gun... makes it a scarecrow on your hip, and a short club should you need to defend yourself. Cali is on some stupid shit.

  • so if the gun needs to be unloaded what that really means? r u allowed to have bullets with u or bullets in mag ? or how is it?

  • @kopskup You can have a clip on you, yes.

  • PLEASE tell me you had a fully loaded clip in your back pocket, lol

  • How many times do cops check your gun, every time a cop sees you or gets a call? Does that get annoying?

  • Not lying when I say, being an open carrying citizen on the streets of some parts here in California won't make you any safer. We need a lawful way to conceal carry.

  • Why bother to carry an unloaded gun???

Would you try to drive a car without an engine?

    ~Strange~ place California.

  • @popeye1250 its a deterrent, no ones gonna fuck with you if they see you have a gun with you. same way you slow down on the street after seeing a cop nearby after speeding.

  • I understand in CA. it is our only option to open carry. But I would rather not carry openly an unloaded firearm. That is just asking for trouble in my opinion. It needs to be concealed carry or at least open carry with damn ammo in the weapon.. Why does it seem like these law makers are mocking us law abiding citizens with this bullshit?

Also wwwE5150.com nailed it on his comment. +1

  • its it just the chamber or the mag as well, carrying around an unloaded gun seems pointless

  • @madmike4122 Here in California you can carry ammunition in magazines. The lawmaker made it that way so it could feel "pointless," and deter you from wanting to carry.

  • @OfficiallyaBasedGod Got you, I think it may be the same in most states.

I have to say it seems rather pointless carrying an unloaded gun, especially if it is a know law that the gun is unloaded. But that is just my opinion.

  • Im not against open carry but what purpose does it serve if you have to have your gun unloaded? Kind of seems weird to me but w/e.

  • "You can't carry a gun!"

"I can if I don't tell anybody! It's called 'concealed carry.'"

    Rafi on The League

  • Now we are unable to Open Carry in California. So what is everybody doing now that they cannot Open Carry? Is anyone out there LUCC'ing like me? Do you know what LUCC is?

  • I was once downtown and i saw two cop cars speeding to the top of a parking ramp, so like any teenager i ran to the top to see what was going on. While on top i was searched, handcuffed, yelled at questioned, identified, and sniffed by dogs. Why you may ask. Because someone was smoking pot earlier that day on the roof.

  • I would move to a different state. I see no point in carrying a firearm unloaded. That's nuckin futz.

I prefer to conceal carry anyways so the bad guy is surprised right before I kill him.

  • ok, so you can carry unloaded gun, but is it legal to posses any loaded magazines that are not in the pistol, so in case you would get attacked, you could legaly load your weapon and defend yourselfe?

  • @Timi116 Here in California you can carry a loaded magazine, as long as its not in the gun before you feel threatened it is okay.

  • @Timi116 Oh and even worse, you can't carry handguns any more only rifles and some shotguns.

  • @OfficiallyaBasedGod well, at least you can, he Slovenija only pepper sprays and stun guns are alowned, no tazers, no firearms and its nearly impossible to get a "gun lisence"

  • @Timi116 I usually carry pepper spray or a stun gun. But yeah it is nice to have the freedom to carry a gun if I wanted, even though I don't.

  • this is just my opinion, why does everyone walk up to cops with oc and say its there rights to protect themselves and shit and half of them dont even have it loaded or without a magazine so what's the f*cking point your just there to create a problem and you call yourself law abiding citizens

  • This is so stupid. If he WERE a criminal, he would never be open carrying. Though I respect this police officer and his attitude, did a good job.

  • Just carry it loaded in your pocket! WTF good is an unloaded gun going to do you?

Nice of the cops to be checking on legal citizens when you guys have what, 4 million illegal aliens in Calif?

  • Why the fuck carry a gun if its not loaded....Wake up America!!!

  • @longtermsurvivalist thats what i was thinking haha!!

  • @longtermsurvivalist you can carry loaded clips they just cant be in the gun!

  • @longtermsurvivalist You carry the ammunition with you separate from the gun, if you need to use your gun you slap it in, know what your talking about before you people open your mouths, makes me so frustrated.

  • @longtermsurvivalist you can carry clips of ammo with you aswell.

  • Carrying a stapler would be more effective against a robber.

  • What's the purpose of carrying an unloaded weapon. To me that can get you hurt or killed. I carry a loaded weapon on me at all times, but I live in ky. I also carry it concealed. I'd rather no one know around me so I don't cause a big stink or maybe get jumped from behind and the weapon taken.

  • @padge05 ...i thought that you had the unloaded weapon on one side an the clip on the other side?

  • idk about other states but in the state of georgia a pistol can have a fully loaded mag in the gun as long as the gun does not have a round chambered then you will be fine

  • @TheDaltonboii We used to have unloaded open carry in California but Gov. Jerry Brown (D) even banned that as of 2012.

  • @CAinfowarrior oh that sucks.

  • @CAinfowarrior you didnt have to include that he was (D), thats self explanatory

  • you can carry unloaded long guns or shotguns no more pistols as of 2012 you can also carry loaded magazines on you but they can not be in the magwell or in any position to shoot unless you need to use it

  • Wouldn't an armed criminal shoot the obvious threat with an open carry first? I would rather not let them know I am armed so I could be the one one with the advantage....not the person who was shot and killed because they were trying to prove a point.

  • omg why cant people understand that if a criminal is running around.. sumbody pulls out an unloaded gun... it isnt useless completly bc the criminal doesnt no that does he!?!?!?! so he MAY get freaked out!! THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX PEOPLES!!!!!!!.... lol unless he is shooting at you.. then you are royally fukt.. unless u have good aim and can throw your gun at his head n knock him out haha

  • @ronzak24 Ok then answer me this, if your only intention is to scare someone then why not carry a plastic airsoft gun? If you carry a firearm then you damn well better be prepaired to use it. If your not, then you shouldnt be carrying one. Guns are TOOLS for LIFE THREATENING situations. And an unloaded real firearm is about as good as a plastic toy gun in those situations. I am a supporter of legal concealed carry and carry my firearm almost every day. So dont think Im some extra liberal nut.

  • An unloaded gun scares an unarmed criminal just as much as a loaded one. He won't want to find out whether it's loaded or not.

  • why...the...fuck...would you carry an unloaded gun? do you carry around a pencil with no lead as well?

  • unloaded... and say this state is ran by Arnold Shswartzenegger

  • Unloaded or two actions out in cali?

  • oh great, what's the status of these carry laws now? i've heard you can no longer open cary.

  • @tastelessbattery Pistols no, rifles yes.

  • Commie-fornia at it's finest. What good is an empty weapon in the open? Looks like an invitation for a criminal to point his LOADED weapon at the citizen and take possession of a NEW pistol.

  • What's the point in carrying an unloaded gun? :) Just trying to understand.

  • @MrOhjames A condition 4 weapon can be brought to condition 1 within seconds. Better than waiting minutes for the police to arrive. Obviously citizens would like to carry loaded, but Commiefornia doesn't allow it.

  • @1775novten Okay! Makes sense. So 1. what happens when it goes to condition 1 and the person shoots someone in self defense. Is He charged with carrying a condition 1 weapon? :) And 2. Do most open carriers carry loaded clips with them? (separate from the gun) Is that legal? :)

  • @MrOhjames 1. No, if you are found justified in loading and discharging your weapon, then there would be no charges. But remember this is in Commiefornia where citizens have little to no rights, so it would be hard to justify a shooting. 2. Yes, most (if not all) open carriers also carry a loaded clip. If they don't, then I'd say they are stupid and just looking for attention. I mean who would carry a gun and no bullets?

  • @1775novten Hahaha right! That was My original question. I didn't understand the point. :) That makes sense now thank You. :)

  • @1775novten ....well Commiefornia has better rights than NYC (not your country). Impossible to get a carry permit. Very difficult and expensive to get a premise/home permit. You even need a permit just to shoot at a range WTF...

  • @darkknightnyc True. Yeah, NYC is whack, but at least NY state is still better than Illinois that doesn't even allow open or concealed carry.

  • @1775novten if I remember correctly because of the changes in the law recently you cannot even have ammunition on your persons because they now classify it as loaded. Even when the magazine is not in the gun.

  • @ironmonnkey15 I've never heard of that, but I don't live in Cali. I do know that they banned open carry for sidearms, so now you can only open carry long rifles in Cali.

  • @1775novten Whats funny about the long rifle thing is it looks more like your doing to do something with that than having a pistol on your side.

  • @ironmonnkey15 Right, makes no sense.

  • @MrOhjames If one's able to insert the magazine into his/her handgun fast enough, it can be handy.

Carrying a gun probably makes a man.... more manly? Lol

BTW I rather carry bear spray on my waist. I'm sure it's awkward!

  • Who is Kalifornia really protecting?? the Officers, the criminals, or the citizens??? on the open carry act??

  • @4g63attack Obviously the criminals.

  • i think this is great, a good smart deputy doing his job and being respectful about it.

  • You guys are idiots. you can carry a loaded mag. As long as it's not in the gun.

  • Are criminals also required to carry unloaded weapons, or does this only apply to law abiding citizens?

  • @wwwE5150com criminals cannot even own a gun it is illegal and they will go back to prison

  • @trashyourplace how do you think they wound up in jail in the first place? it couldn't be because they followed the law!

  • @trashyourplace Well, that's a relief. California must be a pretty safe place if the criminals don't have guns.

  • @wwwE5150com I don't think convicted felons are allowed to own a gun at all.

  • an unloaded gun is not a fire arm its a chunk of metal or such, this is just a way to circumvent the constitution and should be struck down as unconstitutional.

  • @danfinton Yeah, just like iran's uranium is just a chunk of metal, not a nuke.

  • i hope you stupid people commenting saying "whats the point of carrying an unloaded weapon", the law says you MUST carry an unloaded weapon but doesnt mean you cant carry loaded clips.

If trained properly, you can exchange magazines in couple seconds.

  • @yusukeaoki1234 so u cant go to jail if u have a loaded clip in your pocket

  • @mrJunior4308 nope totally legal. I carry a beretta M9 with 2 clips on my side. btw this gets banned in 2012 january. open carry will be illegal due to stupid people saying they r in fear.

  • what is the point of carrying an unloaded firearm? i mean really. is it just to make a statement of some kind? serious question.

  • Unloaded guns come with free body bags.

  • What is the purpose of carrying an unloaded sidearm in the first place?

  • open carry (especially unloaded) is a bad idea all around. In a situation that requires the use of a gun, guess who is the first one a bad guy is going to shoot....the guy with a visible means of self defense!!!!!! I would dare anyone to try and defend themselves if they have to load the gun, put into battery, then shoot...try it with an airsoft gun...you will loose EVERY time.

  • What an ignorant law. Kind of like, you have the right to drive a vehicle with a licence, and you have the right to purchase gas, but you cant put the gas in the vehicle. Right??

  • whats the fuckin poing of carrying an unloaded gun?? i also noticed he said put your hands on head??? while he checked your firearm

  • Fuck California in my mind we lost a state the day they banned open carry The Peoples Republic of California

  • @Terraformer404 Read between the lines. The reason judges upheld the unfair California CCW laws (specifically, denial of CCWs based on race) was because they claim that people could still open carry as a mean of protection. Now that they've banned open carry, there are no more arguments for the unfair CCW laws and, hopefully, should push California into shall-issue.

Knowing California, it probably won't, but we're trying.

  • California is a communist state and needs to be erased! Carry Hot!!

  • That's bullsh*t. Cops get to check your gun while there's no suspicion of criminal activity. This is a gross violation of the 2nd and 4th ammendments.

  • carry hot..An unloaded gun is useless...so Please always have one in the pipe at all times..racking the slide takes to long, by the time you rack it your dead..

  • why do all cops hold their walkies like faggs? PINKY OUT!!!!

  • c'mon peeps

  • This video is two years old. Even then cops were doing the right thing. Right on.

  • Can somebody enlighten me a bit and tell me what the point is of carrying an unloaded gun besides the simple fact of exercising your 2nd amendment right to bear arms? If a gunfight happens to occur nearby you wont be doing anything to better the situation... I'm confused.

  • @topranked52 They have a need to personify an alpha male, carrying a firearm is their way of accomplishing this.

  • @viruslived "As to the species of exercise, I advise the gun. While this gives [only] moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun, therefore, be the constant companion to your walks." ~ Thomas Jefferson

  • @topranked52 that makes two of us. Also, the majority of OC'ers have misinterpreted the 2nd amendment and that is why the law changes as of the first of the year. Yah for that...creates more victims than heroes!!!

  • An unloaded gun can get you into trouble but it can't get you out

  • @ElementIU2 Scare factor can get you out of trouble with a criminal. They don't know it's not loaded. But that's what the loaded magazines are for, which are also on the carrier and full of ammo.

  • @ElementIU2 the clips can be carried on the other hip, with some practice it wouldnt take more than a second or two to load up

  • @ElementIU2 you moron, he can carry bullets with him. and i'm sure he's got some with him. and no, an unloaded gun CANNOT get you in trouble. only YOU can get YOURSELF in trouble. its completely legal to open carry my little special child

  • @obamasucksdick99 If you're going to carry, carry in condition one. I'm aware open carry is legal. People get panicky around guns, I know a guy who had someone attempt to disarm him because he saw the gun when he leaned forward. I'm aware people get themselves into trouble. I want you to run through how long it takes you to draw, load and fire an unloaded weapon. Then if you could do it you weren't facing an instantaneous threat to your life and will go down for murder if you shot someone.

  • @ElementIU2 i dont think its legal to carry in any way other than unloaded, unless its concealed... but thats just a guess. i hope that idiot that tried to disarm him got charged. and why do you think i would carry it to protect myself? the chances of being in that situation are soooo low. i'd carry just for the sheer fact that it pisses people off/scares them and just because i can. also to protect my rights, not because i'm afraid of black people robbing me

  • @obamasucksdick99 How old are you anyway? I'm going to go ahead and guess twelve, because clearly your maturity level is below legal age to posses a firearm.

  • @ElementIU2 doesn't matter how old i am, and your insults just show that you are falling back on being petty because you want an easy way out of this conversation instead of admitting that I am right and you are an asshole

  • @obamasucksdick99 No my point is that our second amendment is about making people afraid and only a sociopath or a pubescent child would want a gun just to scare people. My gun is carried for personal protection, I didn't pay $700 for a belt ornament. I also enjoy recreational shooting.

  • @ElementIU2 i dont make anyone afraid when i open carry, they make themselves afraid, its their fault that they dont like it. im breaking no laws so they can go fuck themselves. unlike your stupid ass, i dont live by other peoples standards. besides, its kinda fun when people find out that you can do stuff like that, some people really like the idea that you dont have to be just another bitch for the police to fuck.and any private citizen who carries just for protection is paranoid

  • @obamasucksdick99 I'm not going to continue to argue with a child. I just hope that by the time you reach the appropriate age to carry a firearm you have mentally grownup enough to handle the responsibilities. I hope you also learn the difference between being paranoid and being prepared. I hope you never involve yourself in a situation where you have to defend your life with deadly force. It's not a fun experience.

  • @ElementIU2 fuck you then, cop out if you wish. and if you think your going to get attacked, your silly. that should not be a big reason that you carry.

  • @ElementIU2 The 2nd amendment is about keeping the government afraid and in check. Read up on some history.

The reasons why people carry openly may vary. Maybe they like the protection. Maybe they want to be intimidating (if people weren't ignorant they wouldn't even be intimidated). But the 2nd amendment's goal is always the same.

  • whats the point and carrying an unloaded gun? i guess an armed criminal will run if you threaten to pistol whip him?

    fuck California

  • @4everUSNavy have you ever thought that maybe there is AMMO in the other pocket or on the holster???? you really need to think

  • @tito1rocks yeah so if someone tries to rob. do you really think that you can stop grab you gun, put the magazine in and then cock it before he paints the walls with your brain?

you are the one that really needs to fucking think you idiot. so like i said FUCK CALIFORNIA

  • @4everUSNavy woah dude.. calm the fuck down... before you start using language think about who youre talking to... youre not thinkin the logical... think about it. guy see's you with gun, guy gets scared, guy leaves scene, there you go. ooorrr... youre supposed to have ur mag where u can reach for it quickly and reload... its not like in the video games son...

  • @tito1rocks i am the one who is thinking about you the one who isnt. do you think the person robbing you at gun point is going to allow you to put the mag in your gun? if so then have fun being a blood stain on the side walk

and if you are such an ignorant Liberal freedom hating asshole then why are looking up videos of guns? California Sucks

  • @4everUSNavy who said i hate freedom? you obviously don't think about what could happen and what couldn't... these are for self defense. if someone's coming at you with a gun you use it if you want... if you can't or if you don't want to. then don't use it! common sense brother. I've been in many situations like this and I've seen it happen. you haven't grown up like i did son.

  • @4everUSNavy The weapon must be unloaded to be publicly displayed in most states, however you may also carry ammunition on your person. As long as it (ammo) and the fire arm are not in the same location. For example magazine on left hip, pistol on right hip.

  • @HRNDONE i know and the retarded fucks who came up with that law needs some since knocked into them

  • @4everUSNavy Doesn't take that long of a time to drop a clip into a weapon, and engage a round. If properly trained to do so that is.

  • @ninjaofmadness

for starters...you put a magazine in the pistol, not a clip...second, I can empty my pistol in less time it takes the average trained, practiced person to load the mag into the weapon and put a round into battery.

  • @ninjaofmadness actualy it takes too long my friend.sure one might be able to practice it in a basement but try doing all that while a gun is in your face. if criminals carry laoded guns they why should the people on the receiving end of those bullets be forced to carry unloaded guns.

Ill say it again. Fuck California you bunch or Socialist swine

  • @4everUSNavy If i have heard correctly, you can carry a loaded clip, but it has to be out of the weapon; a proficient owner can have the pistol ready for action in less than 5 seconds if it is needed.

Of course, that all went out the window 3 days ago...you're right,

    FUCK CALI

  • @Jakeybabe100 right in the case of self difference this type of stuff happens fast. 9/10 times you want have 5 seconds you will be lucky to have 1 second

  • @4everUSNavy pretty sure he has loaded mags with him

  • @bad4health but its against the Law in the people republic of Kalifornia

  • @4everUSNavy Like Xzibit said... "i'd rather be caught with it than caught without one"... in this case i'd rather be caught with it loaded than without. So fucking stupid. So you can carry in Cali but it can't be loaded?? Whats the point in that??

  • @plutocrank its called intimidation. if i pulled an unloaded gun out on someone who tried to jack me with a nife, chances are they would probably leave me alone.

  • @SoftSailz What if they know the law that it is required to be unloaded?

  • @danbeb what if pigs flew and shit on cars like pigeons do?

  • @4everUSNavy Well sir, you can FUCK yourself.

  • @4everUSNavy its unloaded but you can carry loaded mags on you but it cant be in the magwell ready to shoot or in the chamber

  • @4everUSNavy they are not talkin bout the mag has to be out you can have a fully loaded mag in the gun but a round cant be chambered

  • Where I'm at in Missouri I've got a concealed carry permit, but I can also carry openly.....loaded. Maybe I'm missing the point and I'd MUCH rather see people have guns than not, but what's the point in carrying openly and unloaded?

  • cool cop

  • just a question..i know nothing about this but what is the point of walking around around with an unloaded gun exposed?

  • @redkingrd i think, not really sure, but i think that you are allowed to carry mags.

  • Comment removed

  • If he knows you, knows you are not a threat, and is not legally required to check if your gun in unloaded, why does he insist on wasting your time and his time for no good purpose?

  • look at me everyone!!! i'm packin' heat!!

    please talk to me!

  • e-check in da house!! yawn!

  • simple answer....you can open carry but it cannot have a magazine (with bullets) or have a bullet in the chamber, you can have your loaded magazine near by though

  • A question on the Law in California, Can the magazine be loaded and in the firearm but no round in the chamber?

  • let me see if i've got this right? in CA you can open carry but it can't be loaded? What idiot would carry an unloaded weapon around? tell the criminal to wait while you load the thing or maybe they want you to just pistol whip them? DUMB LAW if that's the case. As for the officer, he seemed pretty chill and doing his job well. Hat's off to hopefully one of the good ones!

  • the const over rules stae law your right to carry stick to your guns plug the courts wite const case's where is the aclu stand on the this

  • I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WAS THE COP LOOKING FOR? CHECKING? CHECKING FOR WHAT?

  • Comment removed

  • @tonyinfinity So to be clear Tony, you think we should have refrained from engaging in LEGAL activity for the fear it would be made "ILLEGAL" to do so in the future.

Tell you what... you stop exercising your 1st amendment right to publish/write on the internet in a free and open forum because I fear the "state" government may not like what you say and legislate the right away. Better safe than sorry, don't want to 'rub their noses in it'

  • @badace Your example is ridiculous to compare carrying a gun and writing on the net. If you flaunt your "right" to carry a firearm in public then guess what, NOW YOU CAN'T! Just because it's "LEGAL" doesn't mean it's a good idea. These idiots went out of their way to make a point that it's "legal". It's legal to carry a baseball bat, go get 15 people to walk around town with them and see what happens. I agree with OC too, but not to get a fucking coffee, it's just plain STUPID! Thanks

  • @tonyinfinity I'll make few attempts to convert you or reason with you. If you're willing to hurt others or ask police to hurt them for you so that you don't have to see their weapons in public, then your mind is already in 'slave mode' and you should just go with it. I won't be mad at you for being a slave. Just please don't hurt me or advocate others do so on your behalf. Peace be with you.

Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who don't - Thomas Jefferson

  • @tonyinfinity Left wing retard...

  • @MasterSethern Such an enlightening comment Ghandi, maybe you can bless us with more of your wisdom.

  • @tonyinfinity Lick a tree shaft lefty

  • @MasterSethern You are obviously a complete moron. I don't want our guns to be taken away, which is why I am pissed that people are going out in groups carrying guns to get a EF'ng latte. People don't know it's legal, so they call the cops, so now it has become an issue, which in turn gives "them" another reason to take more "rights" away! Keep doing stupid shit with guns and watch us get closer to losing them completely!

  • @tonyinfinity Tell me something... Have they killed anyone? Have they broken any laws? Have the threatened anyone? Are they good citizens? No , they have not killed anyone, no they haven't broken any laws, no they haven't threatened anyone directly, yes they are great citizens, so really, STFU!!!!! California Government is not following the laws in the first place, and they will be fought in the court, and whoever fights the state of California will win in the Supreme Court. So deal with it!

  • @MasterSethern I can't answer that question and neither can you! Do you know EVERYONE who has ever OC'ed? There's no way to tell if someone is stable and if their gun is unloaded, which is why it is becoming a problem for cops, who need to stop EVERYONE who is carrying. You are making me think that this is a good law now, if it keeps morons like you from walking around with a gun. A 19 year old punk who thinks he knows everything and makes references to gangs on Micheal Jackson videos. LOL

  • @tonyinfinity You ass stalker, I live in Texas, here it is legal to carry a gun loaded, in California, it is illegal to be loaded, WTF kind of law is that?!?! No wonder they are having trouble figuring out who is loaded and not loaded. If they just made the law legal to carry while loaded then obviously they wouldn't have to wonder who was loaded and who wasn't because everyone that was OCd would have bullets in their gun. Let me tell you something that man who is, "Unstable" would, (NOT) ...

  • @tonyinfinity Stand much of a chance from a crowd that was, just as loaded as he was, there might be violence in the streets for like, 5 damn seconds but in the end the right people would be alive to tell the tale unlike if they were all unloaded with an unstable man whom happened to be loaded, that is a fucking stupid ass law, carry while unloaded and is very much, "designed to doom" anyways... I wish a lot more people OCd, and even though a lot of people don't they don't bitch about people..

  • @MasterSethern What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on here is now dumber for having read it.

  • @tonyinfinity How so? Is it my inability to explain what I am thinking?

  • @MasterSethern Who do have a will to OC, unless that person walks into a bank obviously...

  • @tonyinfinity That is like blaming a murder on the victim for "being all killable".

You want to point fingers, point it at the post-McCarthy left that has infested your state's cities. Your spineless pseudo-republicans for not standing up against the Bill. Your bribe addled democrats who will ban anything under the false pretenses of safety.

Don't point the finger at the few people who dared to exercise their rights because some Authoritarian Communists hate freedom: blame the Communists.

  • @MachShot1337 LOL That's a ridiculous analogy. Keep "exercising" our gun "rights" and see what happens. Right or wrong soon the only people with guns will be criminals. Meeting in groups while OC'ing is only giving "them" more justifiable reasons to take away more "rights". Point is simple, if you push the limits on your "rights" they will be taken away! There's a big difference between OC while hiking and going to get fucking coffee with a Glock, don't be stupid or you will have no more guns!

  • Why are they pushing the "limits" on rights? Did they "kinda" break the law? Did they "almost" break the law? No they followed the law.

There are rights we have and rights we don't have. There is no "pushing it" beyond existing politics of disrespect for the masses.

But now Cali has less rights because of your kind and theirs. The inaction and submission of yours and the paranoid pushes by theirs.

But it you don't like the truth, you can always pass more laws that restrict the 1st as well.

  • @tonyinfinity it's not them it's leftist retards trying to fucking pan anything that they don't like. Guns are the first on their agenda. Also, ever notice how democratic women are FUCKING ugly? That shows how much they hate everything.

  • Its now illegal to open carry in CA. I'm hoping this triggers a massive wave of gun control challenges in our highest courts.

  • @NoGuff Exactly. This is probably the best outcome, legally speaking. By enacting an outright ban, CA legislators shot themselves in their collective feet. With Heller and McDonald decisions, outright bans are easily shot down and the next step is to challenge the concept of banning the carry of arms. Without being prevented from carrying arms, Kalifornians had no standing to sue.

  • Ya that right Mr police man The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms NOW GO AWAY!!!

  • Who the fuck does Jerry Brown think he is?! He thinks he can just put aside the 2nd amendment and take protection away
