you have never been able to mix eng and jap cards in tournaments when i have played :/

2. they are actual separate contests for both cards??

@brn932 We have seperate formats here in Australia. Basically the Japanese format is the up the date set with any bans in place. English Format uses the cards from the 1st set only which do allow the use of Barcgal.
When will epic things like this happen in europe?
